They try to get you to pay more money…
They try to get you to pay more money after booking and paying, then refuse to refund you back your money without a cancellation charge of £70. Don't ever book with this website!

They call asking for more money after booking
‘Prince’ from their customer service team called me straight after booking to say the price I booked for was a promotional offer (it wasn’t, nor did it say it was anywhere along the purchase journey) and that I would have to pay an extra £80 to secure the booking (which would make it the same price as buying direct from airline). To the customer service agents surprise, I called their bluff and said they can cancel my flights and I’ll take a refund and book with someone else. They then offered to reduce the payment to £30, then £20 before eventually agreeing that they “would take the loss to keep my custom”. In the meantime they threatened that it would take a long time to issue my refund if I didn’t pay the fee and said they would charge me a cancellation fee if I didn’t pay this extra charge (which I rejected). In the end it worked out fine and I got my flight ok but don’t fall for the customer service tricks and if you don’t want the hassle, just avoid.

Our representative contacted you promptly to inform you of the fare adjustment and offered the option of a full refund should you have preferred to cancel the booking. As you did not wish to proceed with the higher fare and the difference was minimal, our representative chose to absorb the additional cost as a goodwill gesture to honour your booking. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

They advertise a lower price on the Google. After you pay the money, they call and ask for more money because they are not able to secure the ticket at that price. Avoid.

Refund Nightmare
Having booked through Traveasy for my Grandson to fly to Australia, which wasn't hat easy as I had another demand for extra payment due to an error at their end.
Un-fortunately the flight was cancelled, due to problems in Dubia. Getting a refund was not easy. I agreed to a reduced refund because of transaction charges. still over £4000. I have waited the expected 4 to 6 business weeks and have contacted them a few times. They always say someone will call me back, but, no one does. Only use this company if you have to!

Not Happy. They made it look like the cheapest. But after you paid they rang and said there is a price update and charge you an extra, which matches the same price with standard.
