Just back from the Carabao Cup Final, what a day!
The tickets we bought were absolutely brilliant, the views from the seats was superb.
I arranged to pick up the tickets from Ian on the day with no problems (they were paper copies so we collected in person).
On the way we walked up with a regular customer of Travel4football (an Icelander living in London who was telling me he uses them all the time and had tickets for the next few games!). Always nice to see other people and get their feedback in person and he spoke very highly of Ian.
Brilliant service, excellent tickets, no hassles and highly recommended. Will be looking at tickets for Anfield, and hopefully Wembley again! 😉

I booked tickets for Liverpool V Norwich in the FA cup, based on the forecasted date being on a Weekend 2 March. I booked VIP tickets and accommodation based on staying up in Liverpool on Sat 12th March covering the game being played on either Sat or Sunday 13th.

To my amazement the game was then scheduled for a Wednesday. The hotel could not be more understanding, and allowed the cancelation for what they could see was a genuine reason.

I requested a cancelation before my monies had even cleared, but to date and after numerous emails i have not heard anything back from Trave4tickets.

I hope to settle the situation satisfactorily and without getting my bank involved. There was a genuine mistake based on a misrepresentation of the date. If and when I get a positive response from the company I will be more than happy to give the feed back they then deserve.

I must say that within an hour or so the owner Ian contacted me for an explanation of the misunderstanding. THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE HELPFUL AND UNDERSTANDING. it’s the exact attitude you want when your out of pocket due to a genuine error on both parties in reality. Not only will I definitely return as a customer, I fully endorse the companies pledge to make your experience of watching Liverpool a happy and exciting one. Thank you Ian and the staff that rectified the issue as fast as was humanly possible.

Good communication, great seats with a good view

Brilliant service

Ordered 2 tickets for Leicester in Anfield beat lounge, had an email within 10 mins asking for emails and names for tickets to be sent to and within an hour had the tickets on NFC pass.
No issues getting into stadium, quality seats and good atmosphere in the lounge.
Only thing was the food which is out of Travel4Footballs control; had option of a quorn Chicken burrito, scouse stew or pulled pork in a bun. Was expecting more options and was only allowed to have one option unless you paid for more.
Overall great though, definitely use again!

Great service from start to finish. Contacted by email immediately after confirmation of order. Tickets received four days before the game by email. Full instructions on how to download and use. Follow up email on the itinerary. Would definitely use Travel4football again.
