Amazing service from start to finish!
Hayley found the perfect location and hotel for our group of 10 celebrating our 40th birthdays and took care of every detail. She checked us in, made sure we were seated together, arranged private transfers, booked restaurants and organised a brilliant boat cruise.
Our travel documents were provided clearly and well in advance, and there were so many thoughtful touches, including bubbles in each room and lovely hand-luggage gifts such as bikini wet bags and beauty products.
Everything was seamless, thoughtful and stress-free. We couldn’t recommend Hayley highly enough!
