My friend and I booked the bus to marlay park, thinking it’d be handier than getting a train and bus to Dublin and back again, but unfortunately it wasn’t a good experience. Our bus was scheduled to leave at 1pm and we had arrived at the bus stop 20 minutes beforehand. The bus driver started calling out our names alphabetically to board the bus so my friend and I were separated. We were not allowed bring any handbags on the bus or bottles of water for the three hour drive up from cork. There was one girl who was planning to do her makeup on the drive up and the driver wouldn’t even let her bring her makeup bag on board. It would have made more sense if they weren't scanning qr codes on tickets to have us line up and check names off as we boarded, and then move onto the second bus once the first was full, but that wasn’t what happened. The bus left an hour and a half after the arranged time and we missed the support acts for the concert.
We all felt like we were being treated like bold children and it was overall a fairly tense experience.

Went to marlay park yesterday, arrived three hours late to our concert. The bus driver was extremely rude and shouty, not letting anyone bring on bags or water and telling them to put them under the other bus we weren't even on. The bus was like an old bus eireann bus with the AC freezing cold blasting. Overall terrible experience with horrible customer service and will never be using it again.

Awful experience going to Dublin yesterday The bus driver was a nightmare. He used a written list to call passengers one by one which took an hour and a half. He won’t let anyone let anyone bring their handbag or purse on the bus not even water. All belonging had to go under the bus. The driver of the other bus tried to help but our driver ignored the offer. It was a whole drama. We were 3 hours late to our concert. The bus seemed to be hired in from another company.

The trip on the way to Dublin was perfect, nothing to complain about. On the way back, however, the driver decided to turn on the A/C, even though it was already quite cold outside, and especially as all the people coming back from the concert were obviously in skirts or short dresses. Obviously, we all had a HORRIBLE journey back to Galway, it was impossible to sleep as it was so cold. Several people went to the front of the bus or tried to remove the air-conditioning, but without success. And what a surprise it was when, shivering from the cold, we got off the bus to find that not only had the driver turned on the heating just for himself, but that it was warmer outside (at almost 3am...) than on the bus... The result: I obviously got sick. AVOID!!!

We were supposed to leave at 1pm and we only started moving at quarter past 2, no water allowed on bus which is ridiculous. Won’t be using the service again.

Disaster of a service. Longitude bus left before scheduled time on Sunday night leaving youths from galway stranded! Absolutely no duty of care! All these youths were under 18 and left in Dublin late on a Sunday night totally irresponsible service/lack of service.

On journey to Dublin the driver stopped in moate & left without two passengers despite being told they were not on the bus. The travel master company made contact and the bus was ordered to turn back to collect them resulting in it being a 5 hr trip! Ridiculously irresponsible driver with no regard for passengers!

Bus arrived 45 minutes late, others on the bus advised us that the bus had issues in Galway from the start, in my opinion it sounds like it never should have left the first stop and should have been replaced. We broke down outside athlone on the dual carriageway. We finally arrived to the bus parking and were advised we would leave 45 minutes after the concert finished. When we came back to the bus, other people had rang the bus driver and he was very moody saying that he would leave without them, yet an hour later we were still sitting there waiting on people. When we finally went to leave there was another problem with the bus and after various help from other people we were the last bus driving away. The bus driver wasn't nice or apologetic about it even though we were nearly 2 hours late leaving. Email was sent and no response yet other than a generic reply saying its been passed on.

After booking to go to longitude on the bus Saturday morning returning Sunday night my daughter received a phone call Saturday night hurling abuse at her from the driver that she wasn't on the bus ...the bus she was NOT booked to return on.
After messaging the bus driver to see what was his problem he was in no way apologetic but arrogant thanks to him my daughter was to upset and afraid to go on the bus following day so not only did we loose money everyone was upset unnecessarily....I understand they need to account for people but she did nothing wrong to warrant begin treated like that...get your act together Travelmaster god know ye charge enough for rubbish service

Big Taylor Swift fan here! I booked a bus trip with Travelmaster to get to the concert in Dublin. While everything went smoothly with the booking process, the day of the concert was a bit stressful. The bus was significantly late, which caused some anxiety for myself and other passengers considering Travelmaster advised arriving at the venue 15 minutes early. If you're considering Travelmaster, be aware that there's a chance of delays. Leaving extra buffer time for your trip might be a good idea.

Left without my friends and I without contacting our phone- despite us walking directly from the concert to the bus.
When we got to the station there were numerous buses left in the arena as many people had been delayed due to crowd control measures. Very disapointing experience.

Tickets are completely overpriced. They want you to spend nearly €60 (the price of a normal concert ticket) to get to a concert on a 2 hour bus journey. Absolutely ridiculous and can find much more reasonable options with other bus companies. Will not be travelling with them again.

Very disappointing service. My son booked to go to becky Hill in Cork, getting the bus from dungarvan. The driver treated all the kids like 2nd class citizens and refused them travel after they had paid. They had to find alternative transport there and only after parents complained to the company would he collect them after the gig. He was rude and aggressive towards some of the kids and refused to let 3 of them back on the bus leaving them stranded in cork at midnight. I would not trust this service

Customer service is very poor. Needed only 2 seats. First effort at booking 2 seats did not complete. Tried a second time and booking completed confirmed. Checked my bank account and it showed 2 no. separate bookings paid for (€46 x 2). When explained and requested a refund for the 2 seats not required, Travel Master refused to refund. Ended up paying double for two seats.

Travelmaster altered my departure time from 2.30pm to 4.30pm so I had to make alternative travel arrangements. I requested a refund as the later time was unsuitable. The following day they reverted back to 2.30pm and refuse my refund request even though I have had to make alternative arrangements.
Terrible company to deal with, have not used them before and never will again.

Driver was extremely rude, bus was on the verge of breaking down, extremely uncomfortable, and couldn't even fit my knees into the seat ( for reference I'm a 5'9" woman). Bus driver told us that the bus would leave 30 mins after the concert ended, and after only 10 mins after the concert, the bus driver called myself and friend complaining that we were late and that the bus was waiting on us. Extremely poor experience for €55. Will not travel with them again.

The bus driver was extremely rude and bossy he wouldn’t let us take anything onto the bus (which is fair for cleanup when it come to alcohol but we were starving and had food packed) and the bus didn’t have any charging ports or bathrooms. Overall not a great experience.

Had an excellent experience with travelmaster. Used them to get to and from Nia Horans first concert in Dublin.
Very attentive bus driver, he had great local knowledge as we had to travel off route due to a traffic accident still got to the concert with plenty time.
Bus could do with a upgrade but service was excellent

Terrible company, extremely unhelpful customer service and no help when dealing with complaints. Do not communicate well and they have started parking way up the road from the 3arena which seems very unsafe especially during the winter. Do not use this company

Long time send card when lost and lost can tickets for time when sending cards. Sorry for that.
