Airline was nice enough to cancel my flight these folks scramble to find a suitable substitute for me as I was on a time limit excellent job

Horrible! First of all I made a reservation online but that price wasn’t actually available so they called to let me know I could purchase the ticket for $250 more. So they sent me an email with a payment link to follow and pay for the ticket. Then it says that 24 hours before my departure they will email the itinerary, boarding passes, etc. Well 12 hours before my flight still hadn’t received any email so I reach out to them and he tells me not to worry because he can see my name is on the flight list and I’ll be receiving my email later that night. That didn’t happen! So 5 hours before my flight I call again. The guy tells me he’s working on it and has to call me back in 30 minutes. Waited another hour before I called him back and he told me “give me time I’m looking into it”. Then hung up on me!! I mean really time? He needed time? Well I needed to know where the boarding pass I bought was and we were clearly out of time. Still never got any email and we’re currently 3 hours before my flight! Also, as I’m looking at the reviews for this place I have to question the validity of those reviews. I will not only NEVER go through Travelohouse again but I will tell everyone within my company and any acquaintances I have that travel frequently to stay far away from this site!
**UPDATE** after me having to call several more times I finally got my boarding pass….for the wrong departure airport! So another hour was spent calling them. Well FINALLY about 40 minutes from flight time they sent the right boarding pass! The biggest headache, stress, and anxiety I’ve ever had to experience when flying! Not to mention their “customer service” is anything but customer service!! If I could give a negative score I would!
