Travelonease is a scam. Your vacation will be full of stress and tension for which you will be paying out your hard-earned money. Our trip to ratnagiri with them was total disaster. Vehicle was sent 0600 hrs late. The farm house which they intimated as confirmed was not at all booked. Resulting in stranded in winter night with my mother 75 years age and other family members. Mother health got deteriorated and my bp shoot up. They partially refunded the amount but gave more pain and stress. Avoid them, even if they are the last choice. Request rate travel dunia to debar them. We are planning to take action against them till our full amount with Interest is refunded even if takes any years.

It a SCAM GUYS. They will take your money and will not deliver as promised. Kewal will give you fake promises that we are working on this to resolve.

I have booked for 7N8D from which they gave 5N,another 1N I paid from my pocket which they don't count as I got stuck in weather conditions and it's not their responsibility as per them. Also they didn't even complete the places which was requested on itinerary.
Plus they reduced one night without prior information and asking to book hotel on your own pocket as they don't care about itinerary which you paid for.
Guy Kewal and sahil are like illiterate and non properly educated they talked like they have given money and I am begging for free services. Such unprofessional team and company.
It's totally fraud company, don't fall on positive reviews trap. Everything is fake.
Biggest mistake of my life by choosing this company. I am sure this company will close soon as they have 0 care and respect for customers.

I had a very disappointing experience with this travel agency during my recent family trip to Amritsar. Their communication was extremely poor, and the service provided was absolutely not worth the money we paid.

Upon arrival at the airport, we waited for three hours for a driver who never showed up. We later found out the driver had canceled the tour, but no one from the agency bothered to inform us or arrange an alternate driver. Despite repeatedly contacting the agents, Kewal and Adarsh, we received no response or assistance. Eventually, we had to book a cab at our own expense to get to the hotel.

Even after a week, the agency has not reimbursed us for the cab expenses, nor are they responding to our WhatsApp messages or calls. It’s appalling that they’ve been completely unresponsive despite us paying the full amount for the tour in advance.

To make matters worse, no one from the agency checked in during our trip to ensure everything was going smoothly. This lack of accountability and customer care is unacceptable.

I would strongly advise against booking with this agency. Their customer service is ridiculous, and they clearly don’t value their clients. Avoid them at all costs.
