One of my worst flight experiences ever. I booked a flight and my return was cancelled. They sent me an email at 4:00am for the same day of cancellation, clearly, there is no prior communication between them and the airlines. And to top it up I was already on the way to my departure. I immediately got to them that my flight had been cancelled and until today I'm following up on the same case.

I would like to express myself, whenever I had travel plan I always booked a ticket from travel agency and offcourse paying more compared to online, than one day In social media platform i checked customer reviews about travelotleh, surprisingly all reviews positive and each and every one appreciate customer service team and operation team, offcourse why not, I also booked ticket for my friend through master credit card I got almost 100 plus discount compared to what I was getting from travel agency or direct airline website, after paying I had many questions in mind and I decided to ask from the team, each and every query they gave very fast and accurate answers, I had very good experience with travelotleh, from now onwards my choice will always travelotleh no matter about fares even if it's high

One of the worst customer experience I have ever seen. Once you book a flight you cannot amend according to their unclear regulations. I keep calling them and then they respond that they gonna call me back later and they don’t. Although the flight is after more than one month they keep ignoring any amendments. They might be a scam.

After completing my booking in travelotleh.com within 8 mins i got the confirmation from airlines with my Airlines reference number.

People, don't avail this company's service, they are bunch of scammers!!

Why customers support number is not working. There is no reply on WhatsApp service also

Ticket was the cheapest compared to other OTAs. Bought the tickets then sent them email requiring them to send me airline booking refetence. Their reply came just 10 min later with booking Reference. Even I received email from the Airline about my booking confirmation within the same time. Awesome experience. Recommended

I really recommend dealing with them ( travelotleh ) , They rapidly response to your requests or calls . I made a wrong reservation by mistake. They helped changed the time of the flight easily. . Thans alot .. I guess that my friends will book soon too . thanks again

I booked tickets with them for couple of times now and they are amazing in terms of customer service. During the pandemic they refunded my tickets without stress and hassle on my part. Recently, I had an unforeseen circumstances happened that made me cancel my flight again. They promptly sorted out the refund and had the money back to my account. Accepting booking on a cancelled or non scheduled flight

I am so very glad with the full support of Mr. Derin on how he did a big effort for me. I was struggling that my schedule will be expired within a couple of an hour because need to re-schedule of my ticket for about 30 minutes and tomorrow will be my flight. Absolutely not recommended their service is so bad they waste your time and your nerves. You book a refundable ticket and they refuse to refund what a scam!
People don’t lose your money with this agency

One of the best travel agents. Had made mistake while selecting the date of journey and the ticket was issued. However, they rectified without any charges and their service was prompt. Suggest all to book their ticket from TRAVELOTLEH.
Going forward I will book all the tickets for our company employees from TRAVELOTLEH.

This company is big SCAM, be aware they will promise you for a full refund before booking and after that they will only refund you 5% of your booking value which is laughable and pathetic, even though you are cancelling a month a head.

They have absolutely no clear policy no clear terms.

If you want to lose your money book through them.

It is the great online service in Dubai. I booked the ticket cash on delivery. Staff were so polite and Service is extremely awesome within 24 hrs ticket would be in my hand.

One of the best online travel agencies in Dubai, i paid using cash on delivery and it was really great. i visited their office in JLT and the manager was very helpful and friendly.
