Second time booking a holiday with travel planet and I can not recommend them enough. I went in both times with no clue where wanting to go and they took their time to go thru all different destinations with me explaining everything in detail that you need or want to know. I will be going here for every future holiday as it’s stress free.

Both travel and hotel bookings were perfect. I appreciated receiving all the documentation printed out prior to travel as my printer is giving trouble.
Where Travel Planet excells is in providing transportation to and from the airport. I have only ever had that bonus from Emirates. Nowadays I travel economy and having Stephen collect us both going and returning was a very welcome plus. We will be booking with them again. 😁

We have been using Travel Planet for booking holidays for about 20 years. When Sandra would scroll all the best deals for us, as a family.
Now our children are adults, they too go to Travel Planet for their holidays, too.
I always recommend Travel Planet to friends and family, who have all got the same excellent service as we get. One friend booked from Manchester and I persuaded another friend to go local, away from the big chain and got a great deal for this summer.
In recent years when a few companies folded, I had complete faith and trust in Sandra to help get compensation for a Jet 2 bad villa, money back for expenses that should have been covered in the holiday and get our money back when we booked with a small company who had gone into liquidation.
What I'm saying is that whether she is sitting for hours, accommodating us changing dates last minute, giving us recommendations of places she knows would suit our individual preferences or fighting our corner with external companies, they are there front and centre, doing the best for us, with fantastic customer service and a smile and a laugh.
Lastly with online fraud being on the increase, having a shop front to pop into and see a real person is so reassuring when handing over our hard earned money.

We contact Sandra at the Travel Plant shop regarding a holiday to Ibiza and from the point of our initial contact, Sandra did a fantastic job in finding the holiday which suited my family and budget. Sandra provided up to date covid regulations, government advice which was reassuring. Sandra gave us a detailed time line for all aspects of our holiday, from bookings, transfer times, local attractions, do’s and don’t which gave us confidence that she new her subject.
