NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE
I was quoted a total price of 255.97 eur equal to £219.16 , on your website ,I was also told we only had to call the rental office when we arrived at Naples airport and we would be met at the airport by a shuttIe bus that would take us to the hire car . I was acutely charged £457.71 plus a conversion fee of £9.99 making a grand total of £467.70 . This is over double what you quoted me ,£248.54 MORE THAN MY INVOICE ! I am not happy about this and will be perusing the matter further , My wife , our daughter and I were on our way to my father in laws funeral ,we were made late leaving Naples by NOT BEING PICKED UP AT THE AIRPORT ( we both phoned the number provided 8 times each ) we had to walk to the rental office to get the car , this meant a 1.3 mile walk crossing main roads on less than ideal pavements with our suite cases , when we finally found the Sur price rental office I asked why we were not picked up , the woman said ( the driver was having lunch !) when she took payment on my credit card were charged the extra amount ! i paid so as we could leave quickly . We didn't get a Jeep compass because it was automatic , but got an MG HS that had NO water in the screen wash bottle and used tissues stuffed in to the rear door handle , the car was also dirty outside . At time of writing we have been back in the UK for 7 Working days and we still haven't received the £500 deposit back that we had to leave when we got the car !

Terrible experience & disgusting non existent service after I booked airport transfers via Travelsupermarket. Travelsupermarket took the money for the booking but never actually made the booking with the transfer company, huge frustration attempting to contact Travelsupermarket...nothing but a voice machine which always cuts you off. Thank goodness my credit card company were there to claim my money back but the stress was awful. Travelsupermarket you are pigs

I am sorry to hear that the prices had increased when you searched for a holiday. This can happen when the prices of flights or hotels increase and therefore the prices from holiday companies that we display in our price comparison go up.

Never kept their promise, and still don't shame on Travel supermarket
I used these people for hotel and car park at Heathrow, I noticed that they had a mystery hotel, quote 'A short distance from the treminal.
Great I though saving a few £ and getting hoel close to terminals.
Paid my money and hotel confirmation came back. This hotel Delta by Marriot is nearly 7 miles from the terminals. As They are sneeky and don't give a telephone number I had to email themand guess what no reply.
My recomendation us another website, these are not good
6 days later and no response from them.
New update, sent details as requested to Lilly 4 days ago and nothing. A company full of broken promises. Please don't be conned by them. They take your money, you cannot contact them by phone and the do not answer their emails. Shame on you..

Unfortunately Travel Supermarket doesn’t cater for the single traveller. Primarily set up for families and couples.

Refunds are vouchers only, please be aware
Purchased a product and made a mistake, immediately cancelled and repurchased within minutes not thinking there would be an issue getting a cash refund. They only offer a voucher refund.

Waste of time
Email told me holidays start from £169. Website told me my selected holiday would start from £350. When I clicked on the holiday it told me £1,419 (cheapest). Felt like the email was just a scam to get you on the website.

Easy to get the information I needed to…
Easy to get the information I needed to obtain travel insurance. So much easier getting a comparison online with reputable companies than ringing around randomly which takes much longer. Very happy with the process and outcome.

Solo holidays (Not touring with an Itinerary) very hard to find. Probably not much call for them. Also double the price because everything is per person and not per room

We do actually have a feature on our search bar where you can filter holidays based on the number of passengers. I would recommend filtering based on 1 adult passenger to get more accurate deals.
Regarding pricing, these are set by our partners and have a per person pricing structure. However, as a price comparison site, we strive to offer a wide variety of deals for a range of hotels and destinations so hopefully you can find an ideal holiday that suits your preferences.
