the resort was very poor totally disappointed and money management not good fraud seller person devendra very carefull too about his service...the cab service is perfect and the cab driver is very polite girish mandekar ...but the resort was very poor they send the booking photo different but when reached totally different their service not good and the sellers who need your amount first they receive the calls first when money deducted they don't rcv the call I totally disappointed the agent devendra

Fraud company. They dont bother to respond moat of the time. I still dint get my TCS certificate for my international trip even after 2 months and now they have asked to keep waiting for another quarter.

I planned to go on Sunday and Monday from Delhi to Mussoorie. On Saturday I saw in google this agency and I sent a request about information of a tour. Later someone contacted me and I agreed with her offer, I asked for a driver who can speak English more than one time, and she didn't answer anything about it. I paid one part, to me all the process was normal. She told me to coordinate with the driver. When I called him I noticed he couldn't speak English. I told him to pick me up at 6.30 am on Sunday. Next day I was ready on time, but since I hadn't received any update from him, I called him, he told me in 30 minutes will pick me up. But 1 hour later I called him and he told me something in Hindi so I didn't understand, and he hung up. I called to all the phone numbers from travel triangle I have, and nobody answered me. At 9.15 am, someone called me and told me that in 1 hour would come other driver. Then I told him, that since I'm going later, so I should have a discount, and he told me that first I needed to arrive to my destiny. The driver arrived at 11.40, and the AC of the car wasn't working and the car was overheated. I called again to cancel and request the refund and he offered me other driver in 1 hour, and I told him that it was impossible, what I would do in Mussoorie that day if I would arrive at night? he told me that I should accept the driver, since its not possible to get refund. Then, I asked the refund by an email, and so far they haven't answered me yet about my about this.

This review is for TripMaza, Shree Tours & Travels and Travel Triangle (from Siliguri).

Please don't waste your time, energy & money with this travel agency. Everything we were promised had gone for a toss. The hotels we were put in were not worth a star (2 chicken/fish pieces per person, one soap & a towel regardless of the people in the room, some rooms didn't have bathroom slippers, intercom, TV whereas some had) and we were promised 3* hotels. Seems they haven't visited 3* hotels ever in their lives.
The Natula Pass permit was messed up with mismatch of people and their names. One of us was missed in the permit list that could had resulted in cancellation of our visit to Natula Pass. They hired arrogant & drunk drivers who did not care of our safety or needs. On the first day itself, we asked this agency to send cordial, friendly & warm drivers but they continued to send the same drivers.
After the tour was over, we asked them so many of such questions in a group chat they had created before we booked them. Sadly, we were removed from the group for they had no answers. Their Managing Director was in the group all this while but did not bother to intervene. Prawesh (from TripMaza) kept blaming Shree Tours and Travel Triangle for the mess-ups and vice versa.

Scammers company. I bought Kashmir package. They charged too much and provided very bad hotel & poor car service. They charged me extra. Scammer. Please never use this website.

Shoddy experience. Poor experience during the trip. They oversold stuff, and then disappointed us. Plus they charged a hefty premium, too. As a concept, the site might be good (connecting customers to agents). However, it is a platform where thieves and touts thrive. I wouldn't book again, or recommend anyone to do that. It would be better if you do so research, and book directly with hotels, transport, etc.

here is my review:
Positives
1. Hotels were ok. Woodnote in Thekkady was the best but got to stay there only for 6-8 Hrs. Munnar queen is also good.
2. Food in all the hotels was good.
3. Driver - There was two driver in my trip. The one in Munnar was good in communication(both hindi and english) but he was in hurry to finish the day itinerary. Not interested in showing any places other than itinerary. With second driver, communication was a challenge but he took us to multiple places which were not part of itinerary.

Negative:
1. Poor Itinerary planning - I was given Trivandrum visit on Monday and Monday is weekly off for most of the travel places. Also, National Park in Munnar was closed due to mating seasons. These points are expected to be informed from your trip planner.
Also, Don't plan Cochin to Cochin trip. End your trip in Trivandrum else It become too hectic and you will spend a lot of time in cab.
2. The worst Nightmare - Everyone told me they had great time on boat house but thanks to Trip Sailor, it was a pathetic experience for me. The room had unbearable smell and I had to ask staff to clean room and washroom 3 -4 times. Door has a big hole which clearly breaches your privacy.
Honeymoon inclusion is just waste of money. I was just waiting for next day to start so that I can leave the boathouse.

Overall, it was below average experience. Agent didn't respond to my message when I sent them picture of door with hole in boat house.
There is nothing special about travel triangle or trip sailor. You can get same or better service from other travel vendors as well. So, just compare your prices and see wherever you get the best deal.

I booked a trip from traveltriangle side from their partner streetromeo. It was One of the worst travel experience I had with traveltriangle/Streetromeo, i doubt if they still to be considered as a travel firm in India. I booked a trip with my sister to Paris and Amsterdam. First they take the payments and come back to you that we lost the slots for Eiffel tower considering when you did the payment within half hour of the quote. Then their planned services are cancelled at last minute and you need to bear the cost for to reach n go from meeting point. Feel free to contact me to see proofs if someone wants to know more in detail. Streetromeo is worth to sue for their services.

There is absolutely no service from Travel triangle inspite of multiple emails and calls to them. It is only tour operator from where we get quotes are working towards our needs end to end.
1.From start to end you need to do followup with travel booking agent as payment is not done to hotels we booked or to drivers alloted to passengers.
2. Inexperienced Driver was assigned who knew the roads only at Manali. Rest all were only based on Google maps.
3. Driver was not aware on local sightseeing places, hence was not discussing anything or shared any information about places.
4. personal car assigned instead of tourist vehicle so most places police will stop your car and do enquiry.
5. Due to inexperienced driver, missed sightseeing at most places -Shimla, Kasol, Dharmashala which is the least we expect when we go to far off places.
6. Planning of sightseeing needs to be based on time available for a day and places distance from one to another. It cannot be haywire adding names in the itinerary which you are unable to complete in a day.
7. We expect a tour guide in cab drivers when we do customized booking however it was just driver who himself was not clear on routes, forget about local sightseeing.

I had booked a Sikkim trip through Traveltriangle, we got a package from Unexplored Trip

(This package was pricy than other packages and it had all we needed. We paid more believing we will not face any issues if we take up the costly package. But god knows the truth.)

As we reached the airport the signs of bad service started.

Our cab driver told us that he will arrive in 5 minutes which turned into 2 hours of standing in the sun.

He could have told us it will take time, we could have waited at the Airport instead of standing in the sun.

But overall cab service was decent.

-- HOTEL - 2 Star
The hotel rooms allotted to us were great on the itinerary, but when we arrived at the hotel, they were horrible in condition.

The customer service person told me to adjust on the very first day of the trip. So, we felt we did a mistake booking this service.

Finally, after a lot of calls and chats, they shifted us to another hotel, which came with a struggle of waiting and traveling again at night in negative temperatures.

Then again on 3rd day of(Lachen) as per the itinerary, we had an amazing hotel, when we reached there we were sent to some other hotel, which again sent us to some other hotel, then they assigned an empty hotel in a place with no person at reception, no hot water, a broken toilet, no wifi(had no network), no proper water pressure, no lock in the door, single blanket. A young helper/cleaner in the hotel, who had joined a day ago said "It's my first day, I don't know anything".

It was horrible to stay there, but now no one was picking up calls to even help. We were stuck at this place with a negative temperate and horrible service. I felt like I'm trapped and can't even do anything in this remote location.

The hotel experience was horrible, they don't provide anything as per the itinerary.

People we were communicating with, use to switch off their phones, blocked us, didn't pick up our call, etc, etc in time of need.

Instead of helping they will say, what can I do sir, it's peak time?

They don't stick to the itinerary but tell us that "you could have taken the better package". On insisting to stick to the package, they gave random reasons for why they can't do it.

They basically lied about the itinerary and didn't deliver as promised.

They even raised their voices just because we were not ready to "adjust" to whatever they wanted.

Overall, I will not recommend anyone taking this service. This service is the definition of an unprofessional and horrible experience.

On 30 Nov 2022, I lost my father & on the same day I was inform to trip sailer agent(Ms.Alia). I already asked her about cancellation and trip postponed clause but she was not cleared me about cancellation charges at while postponed the trip and also not mentioned the same anywhere. Still till date my ammount is not refund to me and not giving me any confirmation. Hence I am going to file police complaint on trip sailer and travel trangle.
They do not have courtesy to refund my ammount.
Mr Sankalp CEO of travel trangle also do not have courtesy to know that their agents are froude and their clients are suffer from this.

The worst experience with Travel triangle, never ever book a trip with them they don’t even give refund correctly even when the trip is cancelled due to uncertain situations and customer care is not even bothered to answer your queries. Will never book a package with them again

They are money making agency with no regard for clients. Their role is only to connect you to other pathetic agencies and take commission from both. They do not provide any assurance of the agencies they recommend and the agencies they recommend are also like them. Only creating opportunities to make money from clients and asking for money for even small requests of clients. DO NOT use their services.

Really really bad experience. I booked through them and the agent turned out to be a cheat. Dint give the rooms or resorts that they promised while taking the booking amount and now asking for horrendous amount of money for resorts which are out of our budget. While the money is safe with Travel Triangle, still they won't process the refund and taking unjustified cancellation charges and saying that's their policy. Not only that they are also allowing the travel agent who dint help at all but cheated, to take cancellation charges aswell. What kind of fraud company is this? Got trapped badly and not even getting my refund back now.

Horrible experience- We had a terrible experience with this company. Travel angle has arrangements with other company . In our case it was Holiday fusion. AVOID THEM if you want to enjoy your trip. They take your money in advance, so you are left with no choice but to continue the trip. Our whole trip was mess! Out hotel in Mussoorie was worst, bad food, poor service. Never book through them!

I wish I could give minus stars as they are good at taking your money but if there is any change or a request for a refund due to unavoidable issues they just dont want to know you. AVOID THEM

I have booked my honeymoon package through travel triangle and it is still going on and will end on 28th Jan’21. I have booked this package through one of my references. Initially when I was in conversation for booking the package was excellent with Mr. Piyush Singh but when my file was transferred to the operations team (Mr. Adarsh and Mr. Kaushal) it was a complete mess.

First I was booked for a ‘SEDAN CAR’ in my package but the car which I have received is ‘ALTO’. Secondly the guide which is there with us is not having an itinerary for my travel. In my package it was mentioned to visit Bhrigu Lake on Day 3 and when I asked him about the same he mentioned that there is no Bhrigu Lake in himachal (It is a famous trekking spot). Later when my brother (from whom I received this reference) spoke with the guide and guide informed him that due to snow fall visit to Bhrigu lake is not possible as it is not allowed to visit (Don’t know why the guide informed me earlier that Bhrigu lake does not exist in Himachal). Even driver forced us for shopping.

Thirdly in my honeymoon trip a complimentary candle light dinner along with cake and flower decoration was committed to me but now the travel triangle operations team is denying the same and saying that arrangements will be on additional charges.

Fourthly my day four trip was empty because I was unable to visit Bhrigu Lake and asked my guide to take me to some place on day four but he denied and informed me that he is only having the package details for 03 days and he cannot do anything then I tried to contact Mr. Kartik Junej who is the owner of the cab services. I informed him all the issues I have faced and he told me that he will give me a call back in 10 min but later on he did'nt even answer my call. It was my worst trip ever. Thank you travel triangle team for spoiling my honeymoon trip. I request for a senior manager to call me or just return my money.

It's my first booking with TravelTriangle, and the last. They will never respond or assist you on calls, messages, chat, social media etc post the booking is confirmed. So disappointed.

Horrible experience. It's better to stay away from them. After taking the first installment which is 50000/- rupees in my case, they would not bother or care about the trip. On complaining I got to know that their customer support is a joke and was even addressed with a foul language. I had to peace out losing my money and dignity. I planned the tour on my own.

Travel Triangle is the worst service provider ever I had seen. We took the package of 4 members for JIM CORBETT, at last movement they changed our Hotel without our confirmation & than they haven't given the Jungle Safari and gave us a reason that for the permit and all. We have taken a 25,400 INR package and didn't get anything instead of a hotel. Really and the concerned person(ASHISH, SUMIT, KUKUBH) he didn't even bother to pick the calls and at the time of payment, he picked only driver's call and talking to us in an arrogant manner & he didn't pick our calls. This type of customer service they are giving so who will gonna buy from them, I really don't recommend this agency to buy any package for anywhere. They even don't have any customer support no one bother for their customer. Never ever buy any travel package from them.
