Ref603358023 goa to Leh. Booked on 26th July 87,911/-and within mins they cancelled. But my refund is taking so long. They definitely are checking my patience. Give my money you fraudsters. Enough is enough. It’s taking a toll on my health. My legal advisors are asking me to take legal action and I’m still hoping to do it mutually. But you don’t seem to budge at all. Anju calls me up on Friday 26th of aug and says 24-48 hours. It’s already over. Nothing received. High time I pull you to court and pay my money along with the mental agony and interest due. Shivani is a staff and talks as if she owns the company n we owe her money. Approaching the cops n the cybercrime after all the wait

They are fraud they show the least price of the ticket to woo a customer and then cancel it with reasons that are absurd in my case the prices have changed. It’s been 50+ days and I haven’t received my refund.

They deducted 8800 rupees and immediately it's canceled by travolook and saying that you will get refund by 7 to 10 working days. Beware of them. They are cheaters. I have already file consumer complaint against this.

They looted 12000 from me saying that there is a technical problem.. Concerned authorities should take action immediately..

I booked a flight ticket in Nov 2020. They did not give the ticket and told me that I will get refund within 5-7 working day. After 10 days I called them again to get my refund. They said that they have not received refund from airline, so it will take some time. After that I did several follow up and at the end they said that they only got 360 Rs refund which they also denied to refund. Don’t book your ticket through this site. It’s a fraud website

I have booked my ticket on 21st July. After booking i got a Call & Mail from Travolook, my ticket got cancelled due to fair Expiration. They said that they will refund the money within 7 to 10 days. Not yet get my money back. I tried to send mail to them but their mail was bounce and i tried to contact customer care executive they said wait another 7 to 10 days. they not even bother about what i am explaining them. simply they are saying that wait for another 7 to 10 days. Almost 30 days gone, I cant Get my money Back. It clearly shows that its a fraud company . Please no one is using this platform to book ticket to lose your money.

WARNING - DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM THIS WEBSITE. YOU WILL LOSE ALL YOUR MONEY AND PEACE OF MIND. NOT SURE WHY NO ONE TAKES ANY ACTION AGAINST SUCH FRAUDSTERS LOOTING PUBLIC IN OPEN.

They don't refund after cancellation, plz don't book any tickets through them

I had booked two tickets from Kolkata to Bengaluru on 13th July 2022 and it was immediately got cancelled by Travolook, the amount was Rs.12482 and today, 17th August 2022 I still haven't received my refund yet, after thousand of calls and mails, everytime their customer executives give fake dates and commitments like on so and so date I will get my refund and I do not have to call back them again. Today I am totally frustated and writing this review with so much hatred and disgace towards them, never ever think to book your flight tickets from that site.

Travolook was supposed to refund me for my cancelled flight in 10-15 working days. As of writing, it has been 48 days since they have been sitting on 49, 000/- of my money. Their customer care is abysmal, and I do not expect to get this money back without making this a legal matter. Avoid this scam.

I tried to book my flight ticket on 26th December, 2021 and immediately after making the payment I received a call (and an email) from the company that due to some technical fault on their side, my ticket couldn't be booked and I'll receive full refund in my bank account in 7 days (Reference id: REF094587314). I never received the refund amount in my bank account and instead they transferred the amount to travolook wallet without even consulting me and that too after so many calls and emails that I sent regarding the refund. And the best part is that the wallet doesn't work since last so many months and customer care is trained to say "wait for some time, there is some technical glitch, it'll be resolved in one week". This site is just a way to steal money and harass people. Which company takes 8 months to transfer refund amount to the bank account?

I have booked my ticket 13 days back. After booking i got a mail from Travolook , my ticket got cancelled. They said that they will refund the money within 7 to 10 days. After that no mail communication from them. I yet to get my money back. I tried to send mail to them but their mail is not working . I tried to contact customer care executive , they did not pick the call for couple of days. I tried from another number, they picked the call and said wait another 7 to 10 days. they not even bother about what i am explaining them. simply they are saying that wait for another 7 to 10 days. It clearly shows that its a fraud company . Please no one is using this platform to book ticket to lose your money.

They are a fraud company. I booked a flight from Kolkata to Bengaluru on 6th July,2022. They show fake offers nd cancel the ticets after the payment is made and never intend to recund the money. It has been 33 days and yet they are not refunding the money. This is a fraud company. Do not buy tickets from here

please don't book your ticket from travelolook it cheated people and don't book ticket and keep your money and won't refund your amount they give you excuse every 2 days.

I agree with all other reviewers.
They will cancel your booking and keep your money and never process the refund. I did manage to get my money back by posting on all the social network posts about the scam they run, finally after 6 week I got my refunded.

This sight is totally fraud.

I booked an air ticket on 19 th July 2022 from Mumbai to Coimbatore. Within few seconds after booking the booking was canceled from their end stating PNR problem.

But when I went through the website there are N number of customers like me

I made a Booking on 25th of june 2022 ,
i recived a email after ³30 mins saying PNR not genrated for the flight so we will refund your amount in 7 days ,

now its 8th of july my refund is not credited back and they had asked me multiple documents even , saying we are not able to send the money back in source , we will do and its almost 15 days and today also they stated
we will refund your amount in another 4-5 days !

Dear team on monday the case file will be locked your team dont have sense to talk even .

Beware of this fraudulent website Travolook.com for booking cheap flight tickets, I have a horrendous experience with them that justifies my claim for the same.
I have booked a ticket with them on 7th June 2022 from Goa to Chandigarh for travel date 5th of July (REF 574610938) for Rs.6899 , First the booking gets confirmed and within 5 minutes its cancelled, since the booking is done at night I don’t bother my bank to stop the payment and wish to speak to Travolook customer service the next day. Next day I do the same and lodge a complaint no 32056721 and I’m assured my money will be credited to me within 7 days. Unfortunately that does not happen and I get in touch with their customer service agent Natasha who promises my money back by Tuesday 21st June. Having been patient for so long I wait for the Tues/ Wed/Thursday but nothing happens.
Post that I call again on the 25th June and speak to an agent named Kimi who again assures me that my money will take another 4 days to be credited, I wish to speak to their management and she gets numb and cold feet and tells me she will lose her job if she will disclose any numbers to me.
Alas till today I do not have my money and Travolook enjoys interest on the money they retain, Imagine they do this to thousands of customers.
Another abject aspect is that each call to their customer service means at least a wait of 40 minutes as you are in queue, and at least 3 times waiting patiently for 40 minutes and being number 1 in line the call got dropped!!
Please use this experience of mine to stay away from this Fraud website, PLEASE !!!

worst service they will refund your money when they feel like, customer service agents very rude, no manager call back, and though it is there mistake they will deduct the money.
