I expect an immediate and transparent explanation for this mishandling, as well as a resolution to the situation. I also request any necessary documentation regarding my booking status and the reason behind the misleading information I received.

Failure to address this issue promptly may result in further legal or official action. Please provide a response at your earliest convenience, as this matter requires urgent attention.

I had an absolutely amazing trip to Malaysiya thanks to Travomint

Travomint US India all are fake, fraud and scam. Stay away from it.

Travomint engages in misleading and deceptive conduct. I booked a flight for $1089. "Alex Smith" from Travomint called me at 10.27pm on 2 March 2025 to demand an additional $1100 for my flight from SYD to BKK or Travomint would cancel my flight. Yet I have a screen shot from Traomint's website at 10.36pm on 2 March 2025 showing the exact same flight number, at the exact same time for $1089, BUT the actual real price is over $2189 and NOT the advertised price of $1089 as show on their website. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST, THEY HOLD YOU TO RANSOM

Google Flights listed them as cheapest by $50. I booked and payed with Travomint, received a ticket number and receipt within hours and 3 days later was given a booking reference directly from the airline where I can do business directly with them. Travelmint is A-OK with me.

Booked flights, Travomint took my money and then rang up wanting to change dates or flights, now waiting for a refund, hopefully not too long?

I had a severe injury in India during ny holidays before ny travel plan for which airlines have approved my waiver and have confirmed to me on email that they have returned my refund amount to travomint (travel agency). Travomint has not refunded the money back to me for over one month. This seems like a scam. Attaching email also.

On call Salman from refunds department is highly incompetent, he will disconnect you call in middle, will not call back even after saying he will arrange a call back. I asked him to arrange a call back from his senior and he disconnected the call. Highly disappointed. Beware of such fraud agencies and don't try to save few hundreds.

tried to book a flight entered credit card info, when i hit process, it said error couldn't process payment. Okay tried a different card, same thing. So the assumption was nothing was booked HOWEVER both flights were somehow booked despite giving me the page saying payment not processed and I end up paying for the flights which I couldn't use. Fix your site.

They are not responding properly.

We booked flight Hyderabad Indore for 6 passenger for Aug 19, 2024 as an onward journey for our travel from Bangkok Hyderabad. We double checked all the details and even had picked up the dates through drop down year/month/date calendar.
However - we received the confirmation for July 19, 2024.
Please investigate the matter and make correction of travel date.

I remember booking my flight on emergency due to some commitments and the customer service team was very helpful and they even supported me on my flight back home.
