During the survey the work plan was agreed, team arrived as stated, work to be done was confirmed, work carried out with no fuss, site cleared, overall a very good experience.

This was a visit to sort out an issue affecting a neighbour and as with previous jobs the team were excellent, professional, cleared up immaculately, left the tree in a pleasing visual shape despite being cut back, and acted with great diplomacy throughout.
