With respect, what went wrong is that you choosed the WRONG courier service !!!! . My parcel arrived with both the top and bottom ripped/torn appart exposing the product within. I have lost count of how many parcels I have had I interfered with over the years, seemingly just like thousands of other customers too !!!. This isn't about a few bad apples,the whole BARREL is BAD and CORRUPT. Please, please STOP using HERMES/EVRI other wise you will continue to help perpetuate this NEFARIOUS and CORRUPT organisation !!! Thank you..... Ron Taylor.

We offer a range of delivery options, from quicker next day services using couriers such as Parcelforce and Royal Mail, to slower options that include Evri, and we choose the courier and service level selected by our customers at the checkout.
