After adding items and charging me without consent. The order finally arrived 2 weeks later it only half items were sent!

Absolute disgrace

Deserve no stars. Complete con. They advertise on Facebook under a number of guises but the rip off applies to all.
Advertises speedy UK delivery until you have paid when suddenly they are waiting for stock from China!!! 2 weeks and nothing, and not expecting anything now. I am pursuing them via Pay pal for my money back. We shall see. ABSOLUTLEY DO NOT FALL FOR THESE CONMEN/PERSONS.

Do not deal with this Company. I ordered door sill stickers and they were the wrong shape and size for my car and were thin and useless. Also, as has happened to other customers on this review site, an extra item appeared on my order which I did not want or order. I Emailed them straight away but they ignored my E mails six times regarding this issue, shocking customer service. They promise a money back guarantee, but I would have had to return the items to Switzerland with a tracking number and the cost of that is almost the same as I spent on the door sill stickers so it wasn't worth it. The web site states 98% customer satisfaction yet on here there is 96% customers unsatisfied (one star). I wish I had read these reviews before I purchased. I will throw the items in the bin, which is the best place for them.

Poor delivery

Ordered sills and handle protectors still not arrived had email stating short of stock latest saying can’t deliver address not found !! Stay clear if you don’t want your money to disappear along with the order

Parts did not fit. It's just another rip off company that will have you're pants down.

Ordered goods and delivery was supposed to be in 7 days!! Having sent emails with stupid replies nothing to do with content of query, I am still waiting for my goods nearly 3 weeks later.They also added something to my order without my knowledge which I have told them but no refund! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!

Terrible service, having spent a lot of money with them for items for my car I found the items to be ok, until they sent me the wrong item, due to it being wrongly labled on the packet sent. Tried to contact them using e mail to no avail, sent 5 e mails no reply.
If you are thinking of purchasong their items forget it looks like io will have to call the £13.00 a loss, bad company poor customer service, non existant.

Ordered 12march still not heard anything from them sent numerous emails it's a scam don't order anything from them.should be looked into.

Ordered some sill stickers, said they had been dispatched, then a warning came up on order which I queried, they asked for confirmation of my address and because I added another line to address they said it wasn’t same as the one on the order !! I asked for a refund / bank cash back and they threatened me with lawyers if I went ahead through bank.
Not a nice company

Paid for some Land Rover sill stickers. Received Range Rover stickers!! Despite many emails and replies promising the correct item nothing has happened and now my emails are being ignored

Received the car sill stickers but they are thin and useless and do not stick. Waste of money. Also they sent an email saying order had been dispatched then another a couple of days later to say they were low on stock so it hasn't been sent yet.

received my door sill stickers, they are an absolute bag of shite, you end up with bubbles in them when you try to remove which they say is easy, they rip, only tried the one, through them in the bin.no money back its all a scam.

This company took payment for something I didn't actually order! They have not responded to many emails I've sent. Their website is set up so that you have to actually opt out of certain goods...this is not made clear on the site. I emailed them within minutes of the second "order" going through so they had plenty of time to cancel it. They say they have a returns policy....but you have to return anything not wanted to the USA making it financially unviable to return goods...despite the fact that they are mailing from Europe! I am going to instigate the chargeback routine for my credit card company ...let's see how they deal with that. I would avoid this site like the plague until they re-hash the ordering process! No customer care seems to be the order of the day!

This company are con artist lead you to believe UK based totally false.Tell you dispatched then not when you press for tracking they ask for tracking fee.Needs removing from web

Have contacted them 3 times now about my order and not had a response. Pretty dreadful customer service if it isn’t a scam.

Don't buy from these. Tried to cancel my order well in advance and never got back to me, just sent me an email saying my order will be despatched, 5 days later I get a message saying they have yet to post my order as facing a backlog but will despatch. I've asked them twice now to cancel it and nothing.

Do us all a favour and just stop trading guys.

Ordered and got confirmation email, 2 mins later got another email saying order had been increased and extra payment taken. I didn't authorise any increase or the additional payment.
Loads of emails sent but no reply, ansolute con men ,order at your peril.

I’ve emailed them on lots of occasions but they don’t respond there prodoare not applicable to the make of cars they don’t fit I bought 3 gifts and all three are not useable if only they replied !!! My experience nos DO NOT BUY FRPM THEM YOU WILL WASTE VALUABLE MONEY
