This was our 2nd trek travel trip & already plan on doing more.

The guides are phenomenal. Very personable, knowledgeable & fun.

They bring us to little villages that we would never have known to go to if we were by ourselves.
Show us fun out of the way restaurants or activities like pasta making.
We were introduced to a spaghetti guitar & immediately bought one when we got back home.
Introduced us to crema di caffè- my new favorite, favorite, favorite coffee drink .

Saw the most gorgeous scenery & incomprehensibly old structures as we were cycling through Tuscany.
I’m still dreaming of it.

Great people, amazing service and all wrapped up in fun!!

The organization of the trip, bicycles provided, hotels, meals, and routes were exceptional. The best part was our two guides: professional, friendly, and happy to make our trip great.

My biggest takeaway from our trip was the level of care and attention we got from our guides. It's like they insisted that things go well for us.

We have been on two Trek trips and have to say that the guides really make the trip. Croatia is beautiful and we got to see some amazing places, but our two guides were wonderful.

My trip with Trek Travel to Escalante, Zion and Bryce far exceeded my expectations. It was fabulous in every way - the guides, the food, the bikes, the rides, the lodging - all first class. I highly recommend a trip with Trek Travel.

The guides on our trip brought this tour to life. They gave us background about the area we were cycling through and shared many of the experiences we had. They were top notch cyclists who explained our route each day, took care of our bikes and made sure we were all ready to go. The scenery of Tuscany was breathtaking with each day being different enough to make it exciting.

End of May I took the Bentonville gravel tour. This was my fifth trip with Trek Travel and I have always had a great time. The routes are interesting and scenic, the accommodations fine and support is great. The guides are friendly and helpful. The bikes are first class, with up to date technology and well suited to the conditions of the particular tour. Many but not all meals are included and these provided meals are interesting.

There are off bike activities which are also interesting and enjoyable.

Everything is well planned and executed.

If you’re a cyclist you owe it to yourself to do at least one of these in your life. Put it on your bucket list now!

We had a great time on our Trek Travel trip in Norway! The routes were beautiful and well planned. The hotels were the nicest available in each area. Seeing this part of Norway on a bike is the best way to see it.

I am a 60+ year-oldprofessional who loves travelling through landscapes. I have spent several hundred days over the past 30 years out on trails/slopes/roads of various types with professional guides. Most of the outings have been with professionally certified mountain guides, a designation that takes 6 to 8 years to earn.

My experience with Trek Travel began in 2014 and I have done approximately 15 or 16 trips during that period, some including family members. I have also done other cycling trips with different tour companies.

Most impressive, are the guides that Trek Travel has hired and trained for their trips. They are consistently excellent, being able, affable, and available. They are unfailingly professional, and have a wide ranging knowledge of the bikes, the places they take us to, including the routes, as well as of human nature. They strive to bring various people in a group together to form a cohesive team, while at the same time being available to provide personal attention when required.

Secondly, the bikes are, without fail, state of the art, high-end equipment, and are always well-maintained. Bikes are inspected after each ride, and adjustments made where required. If there are ever any mechanical or fitting issues, the guides respond promptly.

The cycling routes/itineraries used on each trip are typically the classic ones, with connections made over less well travelled roads in between specific objectives and towns.

Hotels provided are bike friendly, well located and usually offer a unique boutique type of experience. The hotels on European trips often have excellent spa facilities for after ride recovery, as well as great restaurants for included breakfasts and other meals.

As far as trip planning goes, the website, and the staff at head office handling the phones and guest profiles have always been easy to deal with and reliable.

Every Trek Travel experience I have had has been strongly positive and memorable. I have always felt safe and looked after, and have simply been able to show up and enjoy the cycling.

My only criticism, and something that pops occasionally, is the fact that some trips allow for too many guests. I have seen up to 22 on one of the trips I have been on. Most trips I have been on have had 8 to 12 guests. Sometimes, the higher number of guests can lead to a decrease in the amount of personal attention one receives. This can occasionally result in some confusion and delays, as wide ranging rider skills/abilities tend to stretch the guides capacities.

In short, I will continue to use Trek Travel as my cycling tour company first choice, and am planning to do a trip or two per year, for as long as my legs will allow.

Another spectacular cycling adventure hosted by the best team in the business! Switzerland was at the top of my cycling list and it did not disappoint. Clean, safe, stunningly beautiful, and the people were so welcoming, it simply had everything! Trek selected hotels, routes, food and along with their support and attentiveness made this trip one of my most memorable. Thank you Trek, I'll be back!

The guides are superior, the hotels good, the riding is amazing. I will come back to Trek Travel as many times as I can fit it into my life. It is an experience you won't want to miss.
