I ordered 2 pairs of yoga pants for $60 in size 3XL. When they finally arrived, the size was about a U.S. size 2. My coworkers have been laughing at how awful these pants are. I have been getting the run-around and they won't give me the address to return the product...at MY costs. They specifically stated "do not return items to address on the original mailing". It has be 3 weeks now and they are saying they only do returns within 14 days. I have been emailing them since 5/8/19 and they said they would give me a 20% discount $12 and I could "keep" the pants. I told her I have no use for these pants and that leaves me $48 in the hole. These people are horrible. BJ Edwards

Poor quality product (stretch yoga pants) - very, very, very small sizing. Tried to return for a refund. They respond with poor English, requests photos of products and receipts then continue to ignore repeated requests for a refund. They don’t honour their return policy, expecting customer to pay return shipping fee. They keep offering minimal discounts but request a positive feedback!!
I am lodging a complaint with PayPal and Consumer Affairs to investigate this dodgy seller. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

The worst ever customer experience. They deceived me on the product, refused to exchange it to what I really wanted, demonstrated rudeness in communications, tried to resolve issues at my cost, even suggested to return items, again, at my cost. Recommendation: stay away from these not honest people!

I had a bad feeling about this store when I ordered the 2 in 1 Mestar Iron Pro, like a lot of people. Even the confirmation email was shady. I wasn't too surprised to get a piece of crap straightener in a squashed box. I sent an email to get a refund, but I don't expect to hear back or get an acceptable refund over. This piece of junk it's going straight in the trash. Absolutely a scam company. I wish I'd double checked beforehand, but at least I didn't lose too much money. As my dad says, sometimes you gotta pay the stupid tax.

This is a scam business. I haven't received my order, there is no tracking info. and they don't respond to calls or emails. Should be shut down and reported as fradulant.

this company is totally a scam, i ordered the 2 in 1 mestar iron pro and the've sent me totally different product..A CHEAP hair straightner, sent WA no reply, sent email from 5days ago just got the answer today but they said the company don't support to resend item and offer 20% refund???? what a rip off!!

I tried call the number +-failed and 2 different e mails ..They send me the wrong one. I ordered 2-in 1 Mestar Iron Pro and they sent me a Professional Hair Iron. ..I want my money back..😡

they sent the wrong object and didn't reply to my emails. They are the worst, don't buy anything from them!

I did not get the product they advertised. I got a cheap product in it's place. Cannot get in touch with them by phone or email. A complete scam! I want my money back! This is a rip-off!!!

I would give 0 rating if possible. This company not only sent me an item that was not at all what they advertised, they also didn’t honour their return policy. What a joke. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

DO NOT BUY !! Total scam send wrong product €5 set of black straighteners. I wanted to return and was offered €5 refund. Don't go near them. I'm still awaiting refund and return address.

This store is a scam. They intentionally send the wrong product then you have to pay the return then they dont refund. They send a 5 dollar black straightener when you order any hair item. Do not trust this store.

Awful! I ordered gold curling tongs and was sent black hair straighteners. The original price was $29.99 and they offered me $9 refund despite this being of no fault of my own. Several times I've emailed attaching photos of what was sent and what I ordered and asking for a full refund and I will return their product and they don't even bother to reply. Do yourselves a favour and avoid this company!!

I don't like his international transportation logistics. I have been waiting for too long. If I can, I would like to choose fast logistics. But product are very satisfactory, the phone holder is very strong and easy to use.
