I like the free return policy that…
I like the free return policy that allows their customer to return the item although I have opted for an exchange due to the wrong size of the ring that I have purchased. Unfortunately, free international mail back is not applicable in Singapore so I have to pay for the postage. Tracking was awesome and I can track the status of the delivery. Overall, I am satisfied. Thank you.

Exceptional service and quality
I recently had an exceptional customer service encounter with Trendhim. The product i bought got damaged due to unforeseen circumstances however I was really in awe with their design and quality. I texted them via the chat box where a real human responded to me and she promptly provided a hassle-free replacement at no extra cost upon showing a picture of my damaged product. A Real Human is talk to me
I get to talk to a real human and she guided me on every step. I feel that I am not cheated with my purchase and Trendhim is taking customer seriously by placing a real human to attend to us. I requested for an exchange and it is hassle free though I have yet to receive the exchanged item yet.
