I ordered some shirts, they didn’t arrive. Chased up and was told they are out of stock. I requested a refund, and was told I could have a refund. No refund. Then chased again, and was told they can offer an alternative jersey as an op. Several emails later, telling me their accounts dept is down and can’t refund me. I Emailed again asking if my original order is now available. I have had nothing back, no email, no refund, no shirts!

Please do not waste your money.
The price looks great, because the kit is cheap nylon/ polyester tat.
I ordered mine as a side gift for a friend, once it arrived I put it in for charity, and that is only because I’d waited so long for it to arrive. Otherwise I would have thrown it away.
You wait weeks for your delivery, no comms at all from the company. Complete silence. Then once you do manage to get hold of them, they act like your an inconvenience to them .. I promise, please this is not worth it.

They sent the wrong size and won’t replace. They are stalling and saying it will fit!

Product is poor. Wish I had looked at reviews before buying. This company is terrible. Don’t use!

Shockingly bad product and customer service :( Stupidly only looked at reviews after I had ordered rugby shirt. Took ages to come so too late for intended gift, but such appalling quality, horrible fabric and clearly not genuine item that I wouldn't have given it anyway. Then when I followed the instructions on the website to return it.....eventually (multiple contact attempts later) was told that it wasn't cost effective for them to give me a return label so I would have to keep it and "perhaps give it to someone for Christmas"!! So NO refund and left with an unwanted horrid item :(

Absolute scamming shits.. never contacted me after buying.. then I realised if the shirts existed at all they are all counterfeit.. I would not know, because nothing ever arrived.
Asked for a refund, then pushed to WhatsApp customer service.. they said refund in a week, then said the accounting dept had a problem, and it would be longer, and would I like 2 shirts instead.. ? They wouldn’t arrive either so I told them to stick it.. thankfully PayPal intervened after I reported this.. they promptly refunded me..
a complete scamming shitehouse of a “company” they should be shut down.

Ordered a Rugby shirt on 9th Oct, website says 7-10 days, goods never arrived, then I checked on Trustpilot, and see the bad reviews, so recon I have been scammed. Wish I had read reviews, but like everyone else, do not be drawn in, this is a scam company. I will be asking authorities to review and hopefully close down this site. Response from company very poor, asking me to join a Whatsapp group??

Ordered a Rugby Shirt for my husband, to be absolutely honest I just got carried away with the price without looking in to reviews of the company, I just genuinely thought it was a brilliant sale price. (and a genuine shirt!)
I received confirmation email immediately and then a second email to say it would take 7-10 days to process the order.
I didn't receive any further updates after 10 days and then looked on trustpilot reviews and admit was then concerned.
I emailed Trerrugby and received an email the next day to say it had been shipped.
I received the shirt today 1 week after my email and around 3 weeks of ordering, although it does not look like a genuine rugby shirt it is a good copy. The stitching is fine and it is a good fit.
Not sure I would order again but hubby pleased with it which is okay by me.

TBH I can’t rate my experience because all they did was take my money in early September for a rugby shirt which has never arrived. I emailed them and they said “order has gone for processing “. Fortunately I paid via PayPal and my account was refunded straightaway. I hope these people find themselves in prison for their fraudulent company

What a joke this place is
I placed a order start off October with a 2-7 day delivery its know the 31st still no order emailed them chat to us thow WhatsApp did so all I get is i with hurry them dont worrie what a joke

The sizes are extremely small, the quality is shocking. After one wash one of the shirts we bought started coming apart at the seems. No one even responds to my emails!!

Ordered and paid for a shirt on 21st Sept with a 7 day shipping. Heard absolutely nothing by 4th October - no order confirmation email( I had the original screenshot), despatched notice or anything. I emailed to find out what was going on. They replied that they had a high volume of orders and to be patient - it would be despatched soon. Heard nothing further so on 19th October I chased again. This time I was told that the shirt was out of stock and they couldn’t fulfil my order. How long were they going to wait before telling me that? And how was it now out of stock when it was in stock when I placed my order? Item is also still for sale on their website. No idea if they will sent a refund but on current form I’m not hopeful!

I have ordered a product. I regret doing so as I have no idea when I will recieve this product and after contacting the company they have not answered my questions.
It seems that they have no idea when the product will be delivered. It is better to go to a real shop and buy your rugby kit there. As least you will have it.

Ordered men’s and child’s sale sharks jerseys on 28th August with an acknowledgement of a 2-7 day lead time. Out of this window I then had to email for an update, that was replied to 10th September apologising for the long delay. Part of my order then arrived 17th September and no paperwork in the bag. The men’s jersey arrived but no children’s jersey. Email sent same day, to which they advised it was out of stock and offered me other options. Told them ongoing (up to today’s date) no alternative was needed and the sharks jersey was all my son wanted. As of today, they aren’t sure when stock will be back available but do tell me it won’t be too long. The men’s shirt I received was actually very good. Such a shame I only bought that in order for being like my son when we went to watch a game, and his doesn’t look like arriving. Terrible service and wouldn’t use again.

Do not order from this company! When I enquired where my order was 10!days after placing the order they wrote to tell me they no longer have the shirt I had ordered & asked me to choose a different one. I replied that I do not want a different shirt & asked for a refund. They replied with a selection of alternatives from which I could choose. I repeated that I only wanted the original choice & asked for my money to be refunded. This communication has been repeated several times and I still do not have a refund.

Absolute pile of garbage! Total fakes & rubbish quality! Stitching is terrible too! Avoid at all costs. Now requesting money back...which I doubt I'll get back.

There prices may sound good but trust me, IT’S A SCAM! I ordered a Northampton Saints Shirt on the 27th August after just getting back from Italy, then my cousin told me it was a scam website, immediately asked for a refund and heard a reply 5 days later, and let me have a me a refund! Anyway I left it at that and didn’t hear anything back from TRER. 3 weeks later the shirt did arrive and it was definitely fake however it actually fitted well and was the correct size, however the label said “NRL” weirdly which is the Australian and New Zealand league even though Northampton is an English club! 🤣
Even though the shirt did eventually arrive, I am reluctant to buy from there again. DO NOT BUY RUGBY SHIRTS FROM TRER!

Imagine what you would buy on holiday for €4… but worse. Do not purchase from this company, disputed it with credit card company (which luckily they refunded).

Sadly it would seem that this is not a real website and as per the other reviews - I ordered in good faith and nothing has arrived and their customer service email seems to be a fake as well

Do not order from this site. I ordered a rugby shirt on 27th August, over a month later no sign of the shirt and any communication I've had from Trer has been that they're busy and be patient. They are scammers and you'll lose your money. I've tried to log into my account and my account is not recognised. They also have other sites, be wary and steer clear.
