The initial survey was prompt, efficient and informative. The quote was competitive and having awarded the order the 2 man crew arrived within 30 mins of their allocated time. They were friendly and efficient until they discovered that the drill they had broke down and they did not carry a spare. Work stopped whilst they obtained a replacement . Next problem was they discoverd that the brick on my home was very tough (though the surveyor had known this following his visit). So tough that the foreman actually bent his drill bit and they did not carry spares!??? Another wait whilst another was delivered. These delays meant the team only completed the front elevation of my house. However they arrived fairly promptly the following day to complete the insulation extraction. This entailed using my electricity despite having a generator!? They cleaned up on completion using my metred water supply!??? They painted over filled holes from the previous day but I declined to have them touch-up the rear elevation on wet mortar!
The clean-up was not perfect as there were brick fragments and old cavity insulation that had collected in corners plus the lane outside my home was un-swept of the debris from the work. However, I would still recommend this company for this type of work. Very good but not brilliant.

Richard came out to have a look at our kitchen and he gave us advice so we had his company in to do the work the work manship is not the best and we have continually contacted the company by phone and email they never answer the phone to try and get things sorted very disappointed with the aftercare

You guys were the only company kind enough to quite me for my job. The end result is fantastic, damp free and a thorough quality and personal approach throughout. Thoroughly pleased and will highly recommend. Thank you all so very much
