Since 1962, Trident has a long and proud history as a unique provider in the West Midlands. We deliver core general needs housing as well as specialist Care and Support service. Our services range from access to affordable homes to specialist supported housing, homeless hostels and new-build shared ownership properties. We help those who have additional care needs. That includes managing homelessness; working with people living with disabilities and mental health issues; and those subject to domestic abuse. We have been providing support for more than 60 years. We now have one of the highest proportions of supported accommodation among social housing providers.

What an unbelievably poor run company, I've been trying to pay my service charge since 2024, no one ever calls back, no one has ever followed up my very overdue account. How can a company survive if they don't get paid?

I have suffered at the hands of a upstairs neibour who is a ex trident emolyee the asb has has proffesion witness stament many cctv complants for over 13 years off diffrent residents the effect this has had even amblance crew has reported this to be inored l cant evan go to hopital to get updated surgery as cant revover with no going hmo.above half time she not there but there always people up there while l thank trident for cctv been put in it not looked at please help as the effects no my hole life

Once again another Gas appoitment that im so happy with the bloke come sorted it in 2 mins now i have heating before christmas thank you gas man forgot to get your name haha an thank you trident

This place is terrible they lie through there teeth kenrick hunte mocked a dead man my father and told me my father wasnt dead until I emailed him my dads coffin and funeral pictures this man rang my sad mother repeatedly over the first few days of my dads death and funeral , vile he also encouraged sa upon myself and told lies i have his emails as proof of his lies. This company needs investigated g urgently.please dont make a mistake of taking a property with them wait for a council property these people are corrupt scammers who leave people with no running water and no working kitchen there also dangerous to women especially if they think your Alone or vulnerable then they realise you have a whole army behind you . Gave these people to many chances to make changes now i will follow professionals advice and karma will come deaths door will knock on those who mock the dead

Freezing no heating no hot water

Been with Trident over 10 years
Similar experiences.
No heating no hot water Section 11 housing Law say they have 24 hours to fix this I’ve been left for 5 days!!
I’m disabled and for the 3rd fourth time let down by Trident. Freezing!!

Charlotte Bonnel is the nastiest…

Charlotte Bonnel is the nastiest manager at the Moseley hostel for men,
I have complained about Tony and Collin stealing my letters and opening them going through them is illegal yet she does not care, I cried to her that my mental health is affected by the people in the night from 2am screaming and laughing in the rooms and fighting in hallways she did not sympathise or do anything to fix it.
She thinks she can use her power against people, she made lots of men homeless for petty reasons, She is a jobs worth who takes advantage of her role.

She ignored my legal notice I sent to her so I have took further action and reported her.
The hostel hallway is covered in bedbugs. They keep bringing in the bug sprayers and traps yet they never go away, it's been 2 years and still not gone,
They should use neem oil which will he effectively good but they just use harsh chemicalsh weekly which isn't good for people with asthma
They do not care about your feelings or health issues.
All they care about is money.
They filled out my council application wrong 2 times it was as if so they can blackmail me to pay the service charge.
I offered them £1 per month but they tried asking money from my benefits hence the letters being stolen.
Tony stole my letter with my bus pass
He told me he took it because I kept missing appointments with him and so he can use it as a way of me speaking to him, I explained I did not miss any appointment ,
He cancelled the appointment and forgets,
Either he has amnesia or he is devious little diva.
This place needs a better manager who sympathise with their customers.
