10 days and no update on sending the item. Called and was told would be sent yesterday. Nothing. Called again a couple of times and left voicemails. Still no communication. Called again. No one seemed to know about the order. After several calls was told the item has been lost and I would be refunded. Shocking service - both the error and the fact that it was left to me to keep chasing. Our local store is great. Shame about the online service.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service - ordered by post several sizes of jeans. Arrived the next day. Obviously had some returns which were refunded promptly. Great communications as well.
