I had the worst experience of my life in this brand trimy tones
My sister referred this brand to me as i was planning for salon business
So i visited one of their outlet in Noida
As a customer,but turns out it is just a male salon ,the management is not really good No hygiene was maintained
It cannot be called a brand
Although the staff was friendly and okay
The main issue comes with the owner
The lady was so rude there were 3-4 customers at the time
Still she started shouting on the staff
Out of nowhere like she is so frustrated in life
Treating her own staff like they are not humans
It was a very disturbing experience for me never visiting here
And i will request you all to also not visit this outlet
I will tag the address and location as well
I myself run a cafe but never treat my employee like this
This is not a proffesional way
And too you are doing this in front of customers
If i can i will take these matters in the main branch of this brand

I am a regular customer of trimy tones in sec 62 noida, I regularly use their services but this is one of the finest salon I have seen in terms of ambience as if I say something about services and staff, TT is very reasonable and staff friendly salon I have visited

I wanted to open one outlet in my village in mp
But they came for survey
Rejected my property
But im very sure salon can work well here
i have experience in this industry
I can open my salon i dont need this brand to open a salon
There are multiple options in this city

I went with their brand because there interior is good but doesnt matter
I will make my salon better

I saw their ad continuously 4-5 days on instagram so it made me intrigued about this industry and particularly this trimy tones brand there team connected with me I was very motivated by this so I asked them to also find a suitable property for this business as they have more idea and i dont ,but trust me it took 10+ Days to find decent properties
And also the rent they finalised is 70k
Now survey is also done
But im still not sure how will it work out too much expenses
I'm worried if I will even get this much sales
Let's hope for the best
Trimy tones team please support me best way possible

I heard about Trimy tones salon from friend. I visited the salon for manicure. The salon was very well designed. When i visited the salon the employee over there offered me water and it was nice welcoming by the staff members. The manicure process was very smooth and they put their full effort in the whole process if manicure. After the completion of menicure they again offered me water though i didnt take but yes it was like that i was guest for them. I am personally very satisfied with the service.

Trimy tones salon franchise is good for small business

I have opened outlet in Bihar
8 months ago one of their staff which they hired for my outlet, Sachin ran away without any prior information
He had his own customer base
6-7 clients only asked for him
He wanted salary hike in just 3 months which is not feasible for me
So he ran away
Due to which its hampering my salon sales

This is not good because when i joined i was told staff will
Not leave,I need urgent action on this that is why i am writing this review.

Also marketing videos need to be published on monthly basis otherwise no benefit of marketing!

Recently opened my salon with Trimy Tones they did good work all as expected and as they said
They helped to get my loan approved but it took 3 week
I was hoping to get Spa services in my salon but trimy tones doesn't offer it

She wanted to open a salon from long time so i joined with trimy tones in October in west bengal about
6-7 month ago, I was planning in low budget so they opened express outlet in 10
lakh interior was good but delayed work!

My concern here is i had really low sale barely could manage my expenses in first 2-3 months
Staff salary rent bills product cost everything has to be paid by me only,which is very hectic for new business it will be beneficial if the company helps in initial time by paying staff salary or rent for initial stage till i make enough
Because not making good sale after investing 10 lakh rs is very demotivating, wanted to plan in 10 lakh but end up spending 11.5 lakh becuase of this issue
Now im somewhere getting on track but starting phase was disturbing for me.

Their staff is supportive and they understood my situation as well
And they only helped me get more sale in current months.

I visited there outlet in Assam
For meni pedi
Their staff was not okay
They keep pushing me to get more services but I only wanted meni pedi
But they still convinced me and made a bill of 9800 which is not done
There service was good they gave me a good haircut with free shampoo
Also sold 2-3 hair treatment products
Costing 3000
Overall service experience is good but
Don't force people to get your work done.

I went to there office in Noida For meeting for salon business for my location Begusarai
And everything was clear they said whole process will take 35 days
But i wanted in one month only because my rent started from another month
Still I managed that 35 days commitment
My outlet was promised to be opened in 35 days on 18 feb
But they delayed it more for 5 days and opened on 23 February
they should work on timeline How can you delay for 5 days!
I am paying rent from my pocket

On the name of marketing
They just hired some youtubers and created videos for insta and youtube
and created posts for central level marketing of their own!
How will this help me for local level?
I had to hire my own digital marketing team for local level marketing
Very poor marketing system
Business depends on marketing only and in future I expect better marketing plan for my outlet by Trimy Tones
Again staff recruitment was done by them they hired only 2 good staff and 3rd staff Faizan is completely un proffesional if he keeps working this casually i will have to replace him.

There person who did branding and all final touch up is very understanding
And supportive he made all the work done in final days by working till 12 am
And completed my outlet work on time
Otherwise it would have taken more days.’
Looking forward for the long partnership now and i hope no more further delays
And thankyou for everything it was my dream to open my own salon
They helped me achieve it at providing everything under 16 lakh

I have joined the Trimy Tones franchise a year ago
At that time there was no brand image or referrals
In my city it was completely new
Although the staff hiring and operational support provided by them is good and can be worked with
But still marketing lacks
They dont do much for marketing
I expected good marketing this was my hope because now a days only good marketing can make a successful business
They just share graphic content to me and call it marketing.
Team resolve it ASAP!

So overall my experience till date has been good We get good sale and if we work together and marketing is done the right way we can expect much more.

Trinity Tones is the best beauty franchise company

This is a serious warning based on my personal experience with the Trimy Tone franchise.

My journey from initial discussion to execution has been marked by lack of transparency, unclear commitments, inconsistent communication, and absence of structured professional support. The system did not operate with the level of accountability one expects from an organized franchise model.

Key concerns were not addressed in a timely or professional manner. Guidance was either insufficient or unclear, and post-investment support did not meet basic business standards.

As an investor, I trusted the brand and the process. Unfortunately, my experience resulted in financial stress and operational difficulties due to gaps in coordination and clarity.

I have maintained documented evidence regarding communication, commitments, and operational concerns related to my case.

I strongly caution prospective investors to:

• Verify every commitment in writing
• Review agreements carefully with legal advice
• Speak to multiple existing franchise partners independently
• Evaluate the real level of operational support before investing

Do not rely solely on verbal assurances. Perform thorough due diligence before making any financial commitment.

its good you are writing a review for Timmy tones services , May i know which location you are using their franchise services
When i wrote a review just after that they put Good Services fake Review from other account
and someone wrote abt location rejection that is also fake , they need only franchise amt , becoz after tht you are responsible for all related to staff , stock , Behaviour of staff thier holidays all you have to mange no backup all bluff in their contract
so there is no rejection in any case
software which they privide is third party locakie for what tgey charged 50k plus tax
which actual cost is 5k
because i know them in depth as using their franchise and poor services in terms of staff appointment and training for which i paid to them , Worst services and all bluff

The staff which you people have send to my location of trimmy tones named Anas is fond of taking Ganja drug , how irresponsible you people are and after complaining no one bother Abt this because you people played very smartly before appointing , offer letter not from timmy tones that is from franchise owner , and all the consequences bear by owner ,infact you have been charged for operations

All are unprofessionals over there
No management at all
At the name of staff appointment they online fetch data and did zoom call with staff and on spot send the offer letter from owner bysaying this one is best , send the offer letter from your mail id

I am joined with this brand from last 1 year and it is a good option if compared to other brands because low investment and good margins overall

If i could give 0 rating... I would have given. Please don't go with this franchise anyone. They are just cheaters. They just exploit you for money, till they get payment, they will agree for everything , later they will not respond. Now they are not responding after taking my advance. Be aware, they are frauds. They don't attend calls or respond .
