I was impressed with how easy the process was. I was worried that I would receive a low offer for my car but they offered more than I was expecting. Very pleased with Dan MacCourt who was friendly and humorous.

Really good experience with my 1st…

Really good experience with my 1st claim, wasn’t sure what to expect but the service and the speed of the response far exceeded any expectations, all resolved in less than 3 working days. Will definitely recommend

Really pleased

Really pleased with the way the claim was handled and I like the message service used to communicate progress. I also contacted the jewellery company to ask a question and they were really helpful too.

Claim sorted in 4 weeks

Home Emergency was great as they came out within 3 hours. It was easy to contact staff and I got regular updates. Over all claim was done in 4 weeks.

Customer Services

I was able to complete my claim online . It was dealt with quickly.
I received clear guidelines and instruction of how to claim for accidental damage to a TV in my home. I completed the relevant information form . After submitting the form, I was advised of the next step. Evidence of purchase and damage which I was able to forward to them. This was assessed and a financial offer made , accepted and paid into our account. I would recommend Trinity Claims thank you.

Ethan, informed me of his time of arrival and he arrived on time. The work was carried out very efficiently and the area was left clean and tidy. Ethan informed me in all aspects of the job. I was very impressed by his professionalism.

House insurance

Trinity claims helped me resolve my claim in the end, there was a couple issues along the way but the communication from the team made sure everything was right in the end.

Superb service
