Really appreciated the courteousness and straightforward manner in which they explained many of the legal concepts. They explained everything in simple terms I could understand. I found the whole process undaunting and clear. They were very efficient and accommodating.

Initially contacted by Chris who discussed our various options and answered any qusstions we had. Then Sarah followed up to complete all documentation and give further clarity on some issues. All in all a good experience- professional and timeous

Professional and painless
The whole experience from the start has been professional, painless and value for money. The team gained our rapport quickly and despite this being a sombre and serious consultation, we were at ease and able to have frank conversations, ask questions (even what we felt were stupid questions, they didn't make us feel that way), and work out what we want.

With us this was a first, we had no idea what and how to fill out our LPA & Will process, Sarah went through each and every question with and explained in full details off things with did not understand, Sarah was a great help and said where here to help with the next process, a big thanks to Sarah.

We are half way through the process of…
We are half way through the process of Wills,Trusts and both LPA’s, our initial phone call 30 minute meeting with Chris was very informative and he answered all our questions and concerns satisfactorily. we then had a face to face meeting at their office in gorseinon with Sarah who went thru in great detail all sections listed above and we left there feeling confident that our decision to contact Trinity estate planners was a good choice,
The process is costly … but not as costly as other quotes we had from different companies, however we feel very confident that our decision we made has given us great relief for the future for ourselves and beneficiaries
