Trip Taxis Avis 

Book the taxi abd said it would be 10 minutes. 20 minutes later no taxi, so I rang, they said bad traffic 10 more minutes. 15 minutes later no taxi, rang again said the driver picked up the wrong customer, booked another one, 10 minutes later no taxi, rang them 5 time's and they hung on me everytime.

What a truly rubbish scam to deal with .
Twice booked a taxi and twice they failed . No cabs available after it was booked !!
Don’t use these totally useless scammers . They are a disgrace to the industry .
They done even deserve 1star !!

I have given it one star because you can’t give lower. This is a scam, ordered a taxi in the morning I had to ring them twice despite paying £1.50 for a text update (got nothing) and was told they had tried to get me a taxi but couldn’t I asked for a refund to be told you have to email as we do not issue refunds from customer service!!! DO NOT TRUST. I would suggest if they can book a taxi then chances of booking a hotel or holiday would be diaster AVOID

Seriously just avoid this company like the plague! I tried to cancel a booking within half an hour of making it as I discovered I could get a bus to my destination. They refused to cancel and refund my money and also refused to let me speak to a manager. Atrocious- how are they getting away with this? No stars!

Untrustworthy, Unreliable & Uncontactable! They take the money, send you emails confirming the trip then the taxi never shows up! When you call local Taxi office they tell you the booking was cancelled and to call Taxicode which ofcourse doesn’t have any working contact number! Almost missed my flight because of them! Stay clear

The communication was great throughout, lots of messages before and the taxi arrived at the correct time. They are an agency that finds a cab for you when it’s difficult to find one. A very convenient service

Shocking. Cancelled 5 minutes before arriving at the train station. Left stranded.

Avoid at all costs.

Pre ordered the cab for late at night, cancelled 6 mins before and left stranded at the station- wouldn’t recommend- avoid.

I booked a taxi to pick me up from a train station to my village. Not only was a 5 mile journey £35 but the taxi did not arrive after taking my money first. 2 days later I haven’t heard anything about getting my my money back and the app makes it difficult to contact customer services.

Do not use this company, a complete rip off. I booked online for a pick up in two days time . I rang back 5 minutes later to cancel and was told that I could not have my money back according to their customer service policy. I repeat do not use

Terrible - bait and switch and kept my money. They upsold me to a Mercedes, sent me a confirmation stating that if they could not find the car, they would look for another vendor with the vehicle. Two minutes later, they sent me a note saying they didn't have one and were sending me a standard car at the same upsold price. When I asked for the original price, they said they would only charge me the new, more expensive price. They made it very difficult to cancel, and when I did, they informed me that there are no refunds if you cancel.. Additionally, they could only offer me a standard car at the new hire price. So, basically, they sold me something they didn't have, then tried to charge me for it anyway, and refused to give me my money back.

Terrible. Called them to reconfirm the taxi given concerns about the other reviews. The operator reconfirmed the booking and said I would get the details within 30mins but it was all confirmed.
Literally 2mins after I put the phone down I got a cancellation and I was told the driver had broken down!

Booked and nothing turned up. Tried ringing and no answer emailed and then the booking was just cancelled

Would give zero stars if I could. Booked a taxi in the countryside and nothing arrived. I received two confirmation emails with different numbers on both. One number didnt pick up and the other was to a pre-recorded message about surveys. Total scam

This company also go by the name TAXI CODE.

Take note of the negative reveiws. They're true.

I was left with no taxi for my friends wedding and had to ask my AirBnB host for a lift.

I'd booked days in advance and they lie about having a driver organised.

Don’t provide services and refuse to refund you 100%. Phone services don’t even work.
When paying you don’t actually sign up to a Terms and Conditions.
Never use this company. I’d question the legalities.

LIEING SHYSTERS! THEY DO NOT ACTUALLY PREBOOK YOU A TAXI!!!

After booking pickup and return to a friend's wedding. I called them prior to see if I could bring the return time forward where I was ttoldI could not as "a driver had already been allocated". Pickup was over 20 mins late almost making us late for a wedding which would have been very embarrassing! They did not answer their phones in those 20 mins

On return, same again, but later, again nobody picked up. However this time the Uber driver told me he was not prebooked. But infact, he had accepted the job 5 minutes after the pickup time!!! They completely lied to me and this was not a cheap service like they claim. Do not use this company!

I was a bit worried after reading some of these reviews but we had a really good experience with this company. I booked in advance for a late pick up after my daughters party, it was Eid and I was worried about getting a taxi home.

They confirmed a driver had been assigned and he contacted me on wattsapp with his name and registration. The car was very nice, Sakir turned up at the expected time and was the perfect gentleman.

The next day I thought I had lost my phone. I created a support ticket on their site, which was very easy to do, to ask if I had left it in the taxi. Within half hour the Mather from the company had been in contact with the driver who checked the vehicle. They got back to me and confirmed the phone was not there and we were the last trip so no chance of it being taken, that the driver would let me know if it turns up. It was found later that day at home but I was very impressed with the quick response from the company and Sakir, who went out of their way to try and locate it for me.

I know sometimes people are more inclined to leave a review after a bad service, therefore I wanted to offer up my positive experience. In our case we got above and beyond the service expected.

Thank you to the company and Sakir the driver for getting us home safely and for the thoughtful after service.
