Completely Avoid Jordan
If I could give 0 stars I would. Completely incompetent at his job
This was my first time obtaining this service. The agent, Jordan, while he was good in following up and making sure we had the right documents, made many mistakes on the application. I had to correct him many times which was very inconvenient.
He also missed out on critical details the cover letter which I had to repeat to him to fix.
To be honest, I attained this service and save my time but I ended up spending more time to correct the agents’ mistakes.
The company may provide a great service but I feel that as a customer, it is my duty to inform to use a different agent in the company.
Mr Jordan was just awful and completely incompetent at his job. He should not be working there.
