I have spent more than a couple grandd with triple traders and I have received well packaged fast shipped quality products. The few occasions something was delayed or broken their owners went above and beyond to dispatch a replacement super fast by next day ups.

Ive ordered from them on numerous occasions through the website and also on whatnot. Delivery time is always fast and the packaging is always good too. Their prices are very reasonable and they have all been 100% authentic.

I like that this store has many of the perfumes seen on the tiktok perfume shop and I like that you can smell all of the perfumes. However and unfortunately the deal breaker for me is the fact that they charge anywhere from 10.00 to 20.00 more for the perfume in the store versus online. The reason told to me was that they have to make payroll. So while I love their perfumes I will ONLY order online. I recommend that your save yourselves the extra money and do the same.

I use them all the time. They are amazing and I trust them. I can order on a friday and depending on how big my order is, then my package will arrive in 3-5 days. Hopefully I would never need to use Customer Support but they are fine in my book.

I placed my order on a Friday and received it on Tuesday with no issues. They do have fast shipping and I did not have any issues with the a first time experience with this company. One thing I will say is I did send them a message and they never responded to it.

Buyer beware! They turned out to be a total FRAUD.

They shipped me the wrong product, and when I requested a return or refund, they never responded back. And I had to go through a billing dispute with my credit card company to recover my money.

They also tried to play it both ways, by asking me to return the product and never refunded me after I shipped the product back to them. The guys at Triple Traders (Mustafa, Moannad, and others) are a total FRAUD. Never have I dealt with such fraudsters!

I purchased from them in the past, and I always had my items ship the next day and received them sometimes the following day. The last 6onths, orders take 1-2 weeks to ship, no one answers their customer service line when calling multiple times, and numerous emails to them regarding problems with my order go unanswered !! A year ago I would have given them 5 stars, NOW , I would say STAY AWAY FROM THEM AND DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM AT ALL!!!

Great place to order quality cologne at reasonable prices, and to mention fast delivery... that's good customer service.

I never received my order, I have called the number on the web page for weeks and no one answers,l. I have sent emails no response. Lesson learned.

Terrible customer service! My product came broken. I asked for a new product or refund. The product was broken because of the way the company packed it, very bad. I emailed the company twice and I never even received an answer and this is weeks ago. Do not buy here!

I've purchased several times from Triple Traders, tracking and updates and delivery is point on ...the prices are outstanding and the products are genuine quality... The website is fun to use because it has quite an interesting design which makes it cool to search on... Lots of middle eastern fragrances and lots of my favorite brands...

I purchased a bottle of fragrance from Triple Traders and when it arrived, I went to take the bottle cap off to test the fragrance and the cap would not come off of the perfume bottle. I pulled and twisted the cap, but it would not budge. After a few more twists and pulls, the top finally came off.

But, the metal ring on the top of the spray nozzle was stuck inside of the cap, which affects the security of the spray nozzle on the perfume bottle. I emailed the company to notify them of the defective bottle, including photos and they will not respond. I did not want a refund, just a bottle that was non-defective. I have bought over 10 bottles of perfume within the last 6 months from various retailers (online and brick and mortar) and have not had this sort of issue.

This company’s lack of care (whomever is in charge) and response has shown me that they have a poor business model and have no honor. The cost of the fragrance was only $60; thankfully it was not more. Did Triple Traders not want to take back an unsellable bottle of fragrance by sending me a new bottle? They would have secured a new customer in me, because I like to smell good and look good, and would have happily been a regular AND told others about their excellent customer service.

Instead, their dishonor behind their product and non-existent customer service will serve as a warning to other consumers before they give this company their money.

I will never order anything else from this company ever again and will stick to the merchants that I have been patronizing.
