Great Customer Service and Solid Products!

I have purchased 2 Tripollar at-home RF devices. I love both of them for different reasons. First, both devices work, but they are slightly different in how one uses them. My newest purchase from Tripollar is the Envig Edge, which is very quick and easy to use. Plus, you do not need to use a serum or conductive gel with it. Aside from the ease of use, it keeps my skin even in tone, firm, and very healthy-looking. It also helps with overall sun damage with consistent use. The other device is a more traditional RF device, and it is older than the Envig Edge, but also portable. It was my first purchase from this company. I still use it as it provides a nice, warm massaging effect. It takes a longer time to use, but the sensation is nice, and it does tighten lax skin. Also, I have worked with customer service on an issue, and I'm very impressed. I have to say, Amy, specifically, is the best customer service representative I have ever worked with from any company. She was knowledgeable, friendly, prompt in her actions, thorough, and provided a detailed follow-up to my questions. I find the products to be well-made and the people representing and working for this company to be hard-working, good at their positions, and honest. I highly recommend the company's products and the company.

I’ve been using the Tripollar device…

I’ve been using the Tripollar device consistently for several weeks, and overall, I’m genuinely impressed with the results.

First, the device feels well-made and professional. It heats up quickly, and I like that it has built-in safety features to regulate temperature. The warmth is noticeable but comfortable — not painful — and treatments are easy to incorporate into my routine (about 10–15 minutes per area).

In terms of results, I started noticing subtle tightening after about 3–4 weeks of consistent use (3–4 times per week). The improvement wasn’t dramatic overnight, but my skin looks smoother and slightly firmer, particularly around the jawline and lower face. It gives more of a “refreshed” appearance rather than a drastic lift, which I actually appreciate because it looks natural.

I would recommend this device to someone who understands that radiofrequency treatments require patience and maintenance. If you’re expecting a surgical-level result, this isn’t that — but for gradual tightening and skin texture improvement, it’s a solid at-home option.

Under counter lights

I ordered four of the, what appeared on their ad to be about 12 inch under counter lights. When I receive them, they were exactly 4 inches and none of the four will take a charge.

2 Faulty Devices and the Worst Customer Experience

In short, I bought a device for $700 and it stopped working within 12 months. It was a push to get them to send me a new one. But they did, and that one is also faulty… within 12 months of receiving. They are being so difficult this time round, and saying the second device doesn’t have a warranty. So much money for not one but two devices that malfunctioned.

I would avoid at all costs.

⛔OMG!!⛔ AVOID TRIPOLLAR

It's BAD.All bad. Sent me rubbish quality ENVIG (the latest device worth £700. NOT!) It was faulty and sent back and they have blankly refused to refund my money trying to tell me it's working. THEYRE KEEPING KY MONEY AND THEY ALSO HAVE THEIR PRODUCT 😱. HOW BAD IS THAT?!!I've researched the company and its reviews and I should have known better, they seem just a bunch of charlatans. I'm also now aware that products like these are largely unregulated in the UK at least ,and therefore the customers are at the mercy of unscrupulous products with little research behind them , this outfit has obviously nil integrity and treat their customers like a cash cow. Shame on you for such blatant rip-off tactics. Off to the Ombudsman. Hopefully some journalist wants to pick up a story on this company because it's rather fascinating how they get away with it!

Tripollar falsely advertises a money back guarantee

Tripollar Beauty falsely advertises their products as having a 30 day money back guarantee. Less than 2 weeks after purchasing a device, it continues to malfunction. Customer service explains most issues are due to the customer, providing a long list of how to use. If not resolved, I must provide evidence of the issues (e.g. video) or I pay to return so they can test. If defective; having the option of a refund (because issue occurred within 30 days) or replacement (because issue occurred during warranty period). Buyer beware.

Absolutely appalling customer service

Absolutely appalling customer service. Paid hundreds of pounds for a device that broke the second time I used it, and had an absolute nightmare sending it back. The promised to pay my postage but never refunded either. This is by far one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with and the products an absolute waste of money
