Bought 2 pairs of pants from Tripp 2 years ago to replace 2 that I bought in 2002. Currently im still wearing the 2002 pants because the newer ones fell apart and badically disintegrated within 2 years.
Tripp you were great now I wouldn't even use your pants to wipe my rear.
Impossible to unsubscribe from their newsletter, nor does their customer service respond about requests to remove me from it. I would not trust to order from them with such a total lack of responsiveness.
I ordered an item from their website a while ago. The package never arrived and when i emailed the customer service about the matter they offered me a refund which i accepted, but then they proceeded to ignore me and never refunded me anything nor replied. I sent several emails afterwards and they still never replied. Wasted a lot of money for nothing.
Returns were always super easy when I purchased from them and I’ve found my Tripp pants to be very high quality but one pair I received was missing a chain in one section (like the whole link wasn’t there) and when I contacted them about it I never heard back, despite having spent hundreds with the company ($500+). I stopped buying from them after that bc the prices are quite high to not receive good customer service
Paid a fortune for what I thought were good quality trousers they tore in two places from first wear, I contacted them as I wanted a new pair as I thought that was crazy for trousers that cost over £100 and they said they would repair them for me but I had to pay for postage- international postage, on jeans- it’s be cheaper for me to pay a seamstress to repair them and it still didn’t solve the quality issues. I tried asking them to pay for the postage and they wouldn’t budge- saved up for these trousers for like 6 months as everyone praised them so highly- I think it’s one of my stupidest choices in the last decade. I spent a fortune on them and I can’t even wear them I keep sewing the rips but they’re starting to look ridiculous and sewing denim is such a mare. Horrible quality, horrible customer service. They also have a lovely tendency to say they’ll get back to you once they’ve worked on the issue and just never respond again. Don’t buy from here.

While the orders do take a bit to get to you, IT'S SO WORTH IT IN THE END. Their pants are very good quality, very nicely designed, and have an easy way to track your package, if you make an account for them of course. They will send you emails about your package as well to make sure everything is in shipment and okay. If you somehow don't know how to track your package or have a hard time tracking it, customer service for TRIPP NYC helps you out a bunch. This is overall a very safe website and have top quality trip pants just for you.
