I had a really good experience with Trip eSIM. The eSIM worked well, the connection was reliable, and it made staying connected while travelling very convenient. The whole experience was smooth and hassle-free. I would definitely recommend Trip eSIM to anyone looking for a reliable eSIM while travelling.

I couldn't use my data after paying…
I couldn't use my data after paying that amount,wasted money and I didnt even enjoy it atall.
Network was really bad and no how to.reach my family.The experience for a first time user wasnt pleasant.

E-sim wouldn’t work - no comms from TripSIM
Couldn’t get the e-sim to work. Sent an email while on holiday and no reply. Only had emails to ask for feedback on how it was working. Well, it wasn’t working. Just over £15 down the drain. Not happy and wouldn’t recommend.
Thank you for your reply. I sent the email on 31/08/26 to you and have just tried to email it again, to the TripSim emails ‘orders’ (which had postmaster failure message) and ‘info’ emails.
Thank you for the credit note - however, I do not have an account with you and a refund to my account would be better, as I am not travelling abroad for quite a while. Sorry to write this on the review, but I can’t get through via emails.
Yes, the information re order number etc is correct. Many thanks for resolving this.

We have checked our support inbox and WhatsApp records but cannot find a message from you. Had we received one, we would have responded promptly and worked with you to get the eSIM connected or provide a replacement where appropriate.

Could you please confirm whether your order number is TS-001079, purchased on 26 August 2026? Once confirmed, we will process an immediate full refund to the original payment method rather than issuing account credit.
We want every TripSIM customer to have a reliable experience, and we regret that we did not have the opportunity to resolve this while you were away.

We’re sorry that the eSIM did not work as expected during your trip.
We replied promptly to your initial email and, after you confirmed that data roaming was enabled, we sent a further email to continue troubleshooting but did not receive a response. We were therefore not given the opportunity to resolve the issue directly with you.
Nevertheless, we have now issued a full refund for your purchase. This has been processed without the need for a formal refund request.

Easy to set up
I'm quite a technophobe, but this was pretty straight forward to do and meant I didn't need to stress about roaming charges while holidaying in Portugal.

Great Value and Hassle-Free eSIM
Really happy with TripSim. Great value for money and the whole process was really easy. Setting up the eSIM was straightforward and I had no problems with it at all during my trip. The service worked exactly as expected, so I had nothing to worry about. I’d definitely use TripSim again for my next trip.
