Attending the Webinar Crafting Session by Coach Tripti Sharma was more than just a training — it felt like a journey inward. From the very first moment, Tripti ma’am held space with such warmth and clarity that it instantly felt safe to explore, learn, and be vulnerable. She didn’t just teach how to design a webinar; she guided us to craft an experience that truly connects with the heart of our audience. It was a great session, as I have learnt how I can interact people in one on one session and ma'am taught about Emotional intelligence and shared some important worksheets that will make our work more efficient and easy. Thank you ma'am for this session.

Attended multiple workshops like your's, but I was truly moved, inspired and motivated that I can feel that I instantaneously followed and enrolled for this program and have been active in the free workshop.

I got to know about tripti sharma's webinar on how to grow your business if we are a psychologist or counselor. The webinar started very good and she introduced herself. After 30 minutes of introduction, she started what we all came for and started talking about Ai to help you write a prompt for content creation, the information is easily available in social media(at that point it started like network marketing). Then 'IT' started she constantly talked about her products she offers and continuously trying to sell her products for literally 2 hours straight.

It is fine to pitch and sell your products but they can inform us in prior that it will be happening in the webinar, so that people who came for a expectation of learning something or to gain some knowledge, their time won't be wasted.

The amazing thing is she closed the comments box, we can only message to host and we weren't able to communicate to others attendees.

My 2.5 hours totally being wasted. Only giving 2 star just for that 21 minutes information because it is helpful to some.

I am really disappointed in the way a fellow psychologist (I am not sure if she is a qualified one) is playing with naive new psychologist in the field. There is lot of chaos in the market, norms are not that clear, and this makes students fall for such gimmicks.

She started the seminar with sharing how you need money to earn respect from others, this statement alone makes me wonder if she is actually a qualified psychologist. Money is a tool but not a statement of your value. She used the statement well by not saying actual words but triggers that would allow the students in this stigmatised field, where private practice takes time to grow, to fall for such courses. And the information is easily available online on youtube.

Chatgpt promts, how to use chatgpt for your business, other ai tools, etc. everything is available online for free.

Almost 1st hour was like a network marketing seminar (my engineering classmate tried to trick a lot of us but thanks to the knowledge I have received from my parents and by reading books) where she kept on saying 'type this or that' in the comments (I am not sure if those were actual people or just some from her team. For 21mins or so she told how to use chatgpt to form a content planner, to give a prompt to chatgpt how to earn lakhs, how to make a course around so and so problem statement (this type of knowledge is all available on youtube) and then she asked people to type crazy in the comment section- I understand some people are deprived of such knowledge. This portion was only helpful.

After this she started selling her course. The thing she wants her students to repeat later by charging group seminars because there's the money. I understand people aren't aware of psychologists and how they work, so they pay coaches for such seminars and all, which allows them to show their employees that they care for them or schools that see we do so many extra curriculum activities.

But this is the type of work coaches would do, not the qualified psychologists. Psychologists, please make better network, learn from others but research well before spending your hard earned money.
