I have recently enrolled with Tritek Academy and my initial experience with the support team has been positive so far. Oyebola has been responsive, polite and helpful in answering my questions. I look forward to starting the course and continuing my learning journey.

They jump and make you confuse. I feel the in-house of Tritek staffs are those always at the forefront laying out all the assignments and projects, otherwise how do you jumpstart lecture and after the first class you start issuing assignments?
I will never recommend please.

I was having trouble logging in back for my class after my phone went off,oyebola helped me effectively.

I would like to formally recognise and commend Oyebola for the exceptional support she provided to me today.
Prior to speaking with Oyebola, I was extremely confused about the programme structure and struggled to access and navigate both the TriTek
platform and Basecamp. I was unsure where I belonged within the system, could not locate my name within any group, and found the overall experience overwhelming. As a learner, this caused significant frustration and uncertainty over several weeks.

Oyebola took the time to patiently walk me through the platform step by step. She clearly identified the issue,
removed me from an incorrect group, and placed me into a newly formed group where I could clearly see my name and access the correct materials. She guided me through Basecamp in a calm, structured, and reassuring manner, showing me exactly where to locate folders, live lessons, recorded sessions, and course resources.
What stood out most was Oyebola’s
approach. She communicated with
empathy, clarity, and encouragement,
which greatly increased my confidence.
As someone who finds new digital
platforms challenging, her guidance
made a significant difference. By the
end of the session, I felt confident, oriented, and able to navigate the system independently.

Tritek has an exceptional team. They are friendly and respond readily to inquiries and try to resolve queries in record time. I am part of the February cohort, and so far so good. Thank you Pearl and your team for being hands on always. I am pretty sure this will be a rewarding experience.

I'm currently training with Tritek, and the training content has been truly empowering. Tritek delivers structured lessons, supportive tutors, and hands-on tools, and I'm gaining confidence every day. I will soon start my work experience, and I'm optimistic that my success story is sure and soon!
