One of the staff members, April, helped me defer my class because I wasn’t ready yet. She also assisted me with the onboarding process. I would like to say thank you to her for her great work—I truly appreciate her excellent sense of customer service.

Very organised academy.special thanks to my cohort manager Divine and also Esther for their assistance and safe landing during the onboarding experience and making sure that I have Acess to every material needed. If I have to do more courses, it would be with tritek as they have highly qualified and experienced staff.

So far, I can say the onboarding process has been going smoothly, all thanks to the Cohort Manager, Divine. I remain optimistic and look forward to what lies ahead, hoping everything continues to progress well and that I will fully enjoy the course experience.

Needed assistance with gaining access to a course content, Divine my cohort manager was quick to the rescue and got it sorted for me in a few minutes.

Oyebola is the best staff. I have talked to few tritek staffs but she is very supportive, calm and explains millions of times until i understand. She always tells me to always reach out to her if i need further assistance. Others are good also she is just the best. She never ignores messages or leave it for days before replying
