Trivago presents various great pricing options when searching but doesn’t warn you about additional foreign fees from your bank when you book a hotel through their site!

We will NEVER again use this company to book anything whatsoever. Yes we saved a few dollars (but NO WHERE NEAR as much as the ads claim). Their booking confirmation was a mess and we had to go to Sembo, the REAL booking agent. The room we were eventually given was NOT as nice as the one we could have booked ourselves.

Trivago supports scam companies
Still recommending companies that have not returned travellers funds. This company does not help if you have issues with the scam companies they push. I got caught out - don't you.

Trivago were so very supportive when I…
Trivago were so very supportive when I lost money through booking accommodation with Amoma,com (just prior to that firm going into liquidation),
Amanda Jones of Trivago encouraged and offered suggestions that enabled me to recoup my losses from my own Bank (who are now actively pursuing Amoma.com).
I will continue to use Trivago in the future. They have strong values and ethics.

Resolving a booking problem
I had some trouble with a booking that was slow to appear. Trivago were onto it in a flash after I contacted them. Fantastic customer service!

I just happened to look in to Sydney on my way to somewhere else. However the selection of hotel was planned through Trivago. Hilton Sydney is expensive but fantabulous structure and top class service takes this hotel well ahead of time. Trivago provides a wide range of hotels with various filter. Easy to use website for the customers.
