Terrible scam. The shipping site is fake. Witnessed it having no update then hours later when I sent a complaint I visit the shipping site and it says “delivered the 12th” four days ago. Ridiculous. The locations it says the package was taken to don’t even exist. They say “We suffered a great loss, I can only offer 60% refund.” Still no refund has happened. The emails are extremely long winded and woe is me because we lost out on product but understand your concern. Never trust sales, never trust unknown companies. I discovered them on Facebook, said it’ll ship from California. Took a month to “ship” and came from China. Absolute fraud, just like everyone else. The clothing didn’t exist in the first place. Never again.

SCAM..! BEWARE of this so called company.. They will take your money and use a fake tracking site and claim your package was delivered.. Stay away from this fake company..!

Should be 0, like all the others below. I fell for the scam and have been battling with them for 3 months. I am going to file a claim through my bank and look into other options of reporting them. I can't believe I was so gullible, this is not the first site that has done this to me.

I ordered Hey Dudes 7-10-24 and it’s been 2 months and I have not received anything. So I am saying Trochage is a scam! Do not use them! Sandra Northern

I would have not even gave them 1 star but you gotta mark at least one! I ordered 4 pairs of shoes 40$ never came contact the company they said they would ship out another order. Even stated if it didn't show they would return my money! 2nd order a no show! I contact them once more they say oh we can only give 70% of your money back! I let them know that's not what they said and I want all my money! Their excuse was the shipping Co doesn't come to my area. I have never had a problem with any other co. So today I get 11.39 from them!! I paid 40$ so that's not 70% they gave me 20% and kept 70%. Please don't order from them!! 😠😠😞

If I could give a 0 review I would. Ordered something from them, waiting over a month and it said it was delivered and never saw it, even asked for proff of delivery. Emailed a bunch of times and no answer back. Do not buy from this company. Report to to bbb. Scam website and took my money for things for my daughter for school. Pos company that needs to be called out!!! Just wanted my product, call your lawyer like I have if you made an order through these people

I didn't even want to give 1 ⭐ but that's the only way I could post my review. This is the biggest scam website I've ever seen. Never got my order and replacement order... Lol, take a quess, yep still haven't received that one either and I've been was sitting since 05/2024 and here it is almost 09/2024. Received an email stating my package was lost during shipment but they never offered to refund my money. I would advise anyone considering to order from this website to 🚫 DON'T ORDER, it's a total scam. I'm still trying to get my refund. Also another scam website affiliated that you should avoid is recentfold.com, I'm dealing with the same thing with them.

I'll be filing a fraud charge w my bank. I ordered some Hey Dudes for the kids over a month ago (July 20th and it now Aug 21st) and it said a few days for delivery. I did do some research and it took me to a site for clothes so I assumed it was legit. The site I ordered from looked EXACTLY like the Hey Dudes website, and the prices were literally unbelievable. They had me believing it was a flash sale only available for 24 hours so I bought several pairs for my kids for school. I received a tracking number and it updated. It said it was delivered to the post office sorting room, in my small town now for 6 days and left the sorting facility. There is zero reason theses didn't get delivered to my house 3 days ago! These were shoes for my kids!! This was the first and only time I will ever buy from a site that I found on social media.
PLEASE: DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. And that would still be too many. I never received my item and they have refused to provide any refund. They keep trying to get me to wait longer, saying they’ve mailed it and it’s the courier. I’ve waited almost 7 weeks and have not received anything. I wish I would have looked at reviews before trusting this site. Buyer beware

ZERO STARS. COMPLETE SCAM. tracking was in and out, would lead to other sites at times. Postal service never got package after last "known" location was on my local city. These people and this company is a scam. They post on Facebook and have a fake online store. Please avoid them. Ordered over a month ago.

DID NOT GET ORDER OR REFUND. THEY KEPT SAYING ASK NEIGHBOR IF IT WAS DELIVERED, HOME ALL DAY TO RECIEVE PACKAGE. II WILL BE PLASTERING THEIR NAME AS SCAM.

Never received my order. When I contacted them they offered a 50% refund. I told them he'll no! Give me a full refund or my purchase. I will be reporting them to the better business beareau. Considering an attorney as well. I assumed it was a site like Temu or Shein. Boy was I wrong! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

This place is a scam. They use 2 Caucasian female that is advertising HeyDudes on Facebook and Instagram. When you click on the site. It seems too good to be true. I bought 5 pairs of HeyDudes because it had to be over $30 for free shipping. I have not received a tracking or anything, but they already got my money. So here I am freaking out and email them since they have no number. I told them I order on Saturday and it should have been here since the shipping stated 2 to 3 days. So they sent me a tracking number and said we will expedite your order. Still nothing and the tracking said it has not left the facility which is coming from China. So now I'm pissed and ready to get my refund, but didn't want to get scam already knowing that I was scammed. So I kept emailing them about them being scammers. The shipping was a lie cause they told me 15 days and I said nu uh ya said 2 to 3 days in bold letters. But I got my refund back after hassling them to refund me. I had to stop seeing ads from them on Facebook and Instagram cause they were fake and fraudulent. I warned others as the comment and showed screenshots. Try to get people to avoid this scammed website. I hope it works. If not I hope they find this post a rethink of trochage.com. (I went to Shoe Department and got my boyfriend his first HeyDude. Yes it was $59.99, but it was worth it than waiting for nothing to come.)
