Good: this was the only online company that offered an acceptable price for my cell phone.
Not so good (suggestion to company). Although I appreciated the constant updates on where my phone was, please adjust the time when they are sent. I received notices in the middle of the night which woke me up.
Good news: once they received my phone, I got an email asking for payment comfirmation.
I received the agreed amount the next day.

Super easy from start to finish. Once I mailed the phone, texted me on it's progress every step of the way. Payment was also prompt and easy. Would have given them 10 stars if possible.

Tronics offered me the best price for my "retiring" Nokia smartphone. Once I contact them, they continued to provide updates on the current status up to the time of payment. The payment was both easy and fast. I'll be back the next time I have a phone to recycle.

I was skeptical at first and I reached out to customer service to ask about the process and see if this company was legitimate. After a couple of days, I finally decided to sell them a phone that was no longer in use. They received the phone in about 3 days after I sent it and the initial inspection had my phone valued $2 less than what I was expecting. The first email I received in response to me asking for my phone back was tactless. The representative made their argument as to why I should take the lesser offer and included in it about my phone being “very low end”. My initial reaction was #%^*+ but after a manager reached out and called me directly to apologize for the back and forth and pay me the price quoted, I let it go.

I received a quote online for a cell phone I no longer needed. Tronics Pay emailed me a pre-paid mailing label and I was able to track the delivery of the cell phone. Within a day the order status for the phone indicated it was in review. The following day, the guy from Tronics Pay texted me a question about the phone to complete the evaluation. My case was updated and I was paid immediately through Venmo. I highly recommend using Tronics Pay to resell used cell phones. I will definitely use them again in the future.

I sold my phone through this company.
The agent that helped me, and the whole company - Tronics Pay - went the extra mile for me.
I orinally requested disbursment through google pay, and after a few days, they inspected the phone, found it to be in good codition and they paid me the agreed price right away.
However, my google pay account was not setup properly. so I couldn't find the money that was sent.
I called the company, and they made every effort to cancel the order. They called me back in less than a day, and tol me that they will reimburse me i a different way, of my choosing.
I mentioned to the agent that I have a PayPal account, and in a matter of seconds, after giving jim only my email associated with the account, I received the money.
I thought that shipping he phone somewhere meant that I'm assuming a risk, but it was definitely worth my time dealing with such a trusted company by many others, I'm sure.
I will advice anyone to follow sell their electronic stuff through them.
And the money they pay you is what you agree on, and my share was very decent.
