Unfortunately The Royal Mail let me…
Unfortunately The Royal Mail let me down with delivery several times.
I phone the contact number and was greeted by a lovey friendly lady Hannah, who was Brilliant. She apologised that I had not received it, though I told her I never blamed Trophy Monster, and chased up my order with Royal Mail twice.
I eventually received my Wonderful trophy, which I'm sure will give a lot of happiness to a lovely teacher when she receives it. Many, Many Thanks Hannah you're fantastic.

Fast Service and great product
The service was great, even being I ordered Monday before Thanksgiving and they were able to complete the order and have it to me ground shipping by Monday of the next week. The best is the way they were able to take an emblem that I found on the internet and add it perfectly to the trophy. To me it is always a gamble on what you get from these niche orders online but I was so elated in what I received. A++

The awards came in a timely manner however, they were a little bit less strong than I thought, and two of them broke in shipping

Order was not completed correctly
Order was not completed correctly. The replacement order was not engraved as paid for, with stickers provided to add to the medal ordered. The incorrect items could still have been sent as they could have been used, with just a top-up for the ones which could not be used.
To be fair they did try to rectify the situation and offered a partial refund.

We’re sorry that this order didn’t arrive exactly as expected. In order to get usable awards to you as quickly as possible, the replacement items were supplied in the most practical way available at the time, which meant providing engraving via stickers to avoid further delay.
We did make every effort to resolve the situation promptly and offered a partial refund as a fair and reasonable solution. While we appreciate that you would have preferred a different approach, our intention was always to minimise disruption for you.

Trophy Monster are just amazing!
I have only ever used Trophy Monster once but after such amazing customer service, it definitely will not be the last time. Hannah was so helpful and literally saved my bacon by rectifying an order that I had made an unknown era on. I can't thank Trophy Monster enough. Amazing quality medals and acrylic logo domes. I won't go anywhere else now.
