Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry that part of your order arrived damaged and that this caused disappointment.
As soon as you placed your order, we asked when the trophies were needed for and made sure the order was delivered before your presentation. When we were made aware that one trophy had arrived damaged, we arranged a replacement immediately and dispatched it on a Saturday morning delivery service.
We completely understand how frustrating it is when something arrives damaged, but we will always do everything we can to put any issue right as quickly as possible. We are pleased we have since been able to speak with you directly and resolve this.

Very happy with our purchase. I forgot to include the engraving but I received an email from them asking me to verify if I wanted it blank, or to respond with the text. Thank goodness they did! Trophy came within the shipping expectations and management was pleased with it.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry you are unhappy, but we do not feel this is a fair reflection of the order or the communication.
You ordered 7 custom items and supplied one set of artwork/instructions. We sent a proof showing the items included, and this proof was approved before production. The order was then manufactured exactly as approved.
After receiving the order, you advised that you had expected each item to be different. Unfortunately, this was not included in the artwork supplied, was not shown on the approved proof, and was not raised before production.
Although the order had been produced correctly in line with the approved details, we still offered a replacement solution and assistance to help resolve the issue. Unfortunately, rather than proceeding with the resolution offered, you chose to have the items modified elsewhere.
We are sorry the situation became frustrating, but we strongly disagree with the claim that anyone was rude or shouted. We always aim to communicate clearly and professionally, and we did try to help resolve this matter despite the approved proof being followed.
The trophy was impressive but
The trophy was impressive! Larger and more robust than expected. The sticker on the top, probably the most inexpensive part, isn’t too great as the surface underneath it mustn’t be smooth so it looks bumpy / warped, and for the minimal cost, I’d have put a sticker on both sides and not just one. Most disappointing thing tho was the obscene amount of packaging that was used for this one trophy. It’ll need its own trip to the recycling centre!

We are sorry to hear you were disappointed with the top sticker. If there is ever an issue with a finish or logo insert, we are always happy to look into it and help where we can.
Regarding the packaging, we completely understand that it can look like a lot when unpacking a large trophy. However, larger cups are unfortunately very vulnerable in transit, and over the years we have learnt that they do require substantial protective packing to arrive safely and undamaged. We use recyclable paper packaging rather than large amounts of plastic bubble wrap or polystyrene wherever possible, as we feel this is the more responsible option.
We are sorry this was disappointing, but the packaging is used to protect the trophy during courier handling and ensure it arrives in the best possible condition.
