Start to finish
Start to finish, the whole experience was excellent. It was easy to set up a custom made order. They checked with me by email just to be certain on a couple of details. My order was filled and delivered within the estimated time. I was especially impressed with the quality of trophy, it was nicer than I imagined, truly a work of art. I had an excellent experience and would highly recommend their services.

Poor Quality
I will say the way the products were packaged was very nice so that they don't break, however, the quality of the trophies purchased were less than pleasing. The helmets on top of the trophies had knicks in them, the paint on the helmets was off center, the other trophies were light and cheap feeling. Overall I spent the same amount of money last year on another website and the comparison is night and day. I hate to say, but I wish I would've not switched.

In particular, the issues you’ve mentioned with the helmets (marks and paint alignment) are not acceptable, and we would absolutely have wanted the opportunity to put this right for you. We would have been more than happy to arrange replacements for any items that were not up to standard.
In terms of the weight and feel, I completely understand your expectations—however, just to reassure you, the weight of a trophy doesn’t always reflect its quality or value. Many modern designs are intentionally lighter and more refined in construction, rather than heavy, solid resin styles. That said, what matters most is that you’re happy with the product, and on this occasion we’ve clearly fallen short.
If you’re open to it, I’d really appreciate the chance to resolve this for you, whether that’s replacing the affected trophies or discussing an alternative solution that works best for you.
Thank you again for your honesty, and I’m very sorry for the disappointment caused.
