True Botanicals Avis 12

I have been using True Botanicals for over a year and the products are amazing. They may be a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. All natural skincare, which is a plus for me. I noticed a difference right away and over time, it just keeps getting better. I get compliments on my skin all the time. I’m 58 yrs old. Highly recommend. People who rate low expect a miracle after one use. Some issues won’t be fixed overnight. Stick with it and you’ll see.

I purchased the rescue balm. I cannot believe how small the container was for 77$. Does not do anything for crepey arm skin which is what they advertise and why I purchased it.
What a rip-off!!!!!!

I've been using TB for two years. My husband noticed such a difference in my skin after one year, that he asked for his own set. He's been using it for a year. When I asked him if he wanted to save money and go back to the less expensive product he'd been using before he said, "No way!" Also, I've had amazing experiences with their customer service. I've interacted with them at least 3 times and every time they said me a free product to make up for the hassle. The only two products of theirs that I didn't like have been discontinued, and I've loved almost everything else. There are a couple of "meh" products, but mostly it's fantastic. I took advantage of Black Friday to stock up and got 40% off. We should be good for the next six months.

Am 69 years old and been dealing with skin issues since 12 years old. Products are expensive but last long. Have gotten great results with numerous TB products. Friends have asked about my lack of wrinkles and clear skin. Have been using products for more than a year. Would give 5 stars if pricing was lower.

Zero customer service response. They don’t stand behind their products. Used it for less than 2 weeks and broke out. Zero recourse

I love the products, like how they give you gifts and the site is easy to use.

In concert to other reviewers, there is no customer service and they don't honor any of the promo or sales.
Seriously, there is NO customer service. I purchased the best seller Christmas set during Christmas sale and they charged me regular price. I emailed them to ask and silence.

They don’t answer you back there’s no human beings available they tell you that they will chat with you, but it’s a bot when you contact them saying you have a problem with one of their products they don’t help

Have been using product now for 1.5 years, nearly 70,
still have some redness in certain areas. By and large, the total lack of customer service has changed my direction. After ordering cleanser, changing my subscription for oil to go out another month, both came and when I tried to call, and email several times was meet with not one response. SO I am looking at new skincare systems, a company needs a customer service or you just sink eventually. This is my second experience with very bad customer service with this company. So sad.

Aging can make things complicated for figuring out a new skincare regimen. While True Botanicals is pricey, I find that the products go a long way. More importantly, they have given new life to my skin in a way no other products have that I tried over the last three years. The ingredients are high quality, natural, potent, and just feel good. My favorites are the ginger cleansing balm, calming face oil, and the microbiome enzyme essence.

I ordered one of their products for my wife as a gift. The bottle arrived only half full. I emailed them to ask if that was normal and if not could they send a replacement. Without any further questioning they sent a replacement product that was full on arrival. They were very friendly in communications, responsive, and respectful. They earned a loyal new customer.

The products are very nice but also very expensive. Based on my recent experience, in my opinion, the marketing on a current marketing offer was misleading. For example, their current Chebula Serum Offer -- while pushing for subscription -- this offered a bottle of the Chebula Serum, bottle of facial cleanser, and a 15 ml bottle of the Pure Radiance Oil (as per their marketing and photos for this offer). However, when I received my order, the radiance oil was not a single bottle, but three tiny sample bottles of the oil which I found to be misleading. I was unhappy with these sample bottles instead of receiving the expected bottle of oil, as per their marketing photos for the offer. These tiny sample micro bottles are annoying and not practical to deal with and use. The offer does not state it will be 3 tiny sample bottles of oil. One would expect from the photos it will be in one bottle. I wrote to them about it and was never contacted back to provide an explanation or to justify the difference.
