It has been now more than 2 weeks since I submitted my reports for transfer to another authority (Department of Health Abu Dhabi)
and till now didnt get the report !
I Purchased that new Verification Package from Trueprofile and with my Premium Subscription , I have the Advantage to transfer my newly Purchased and Verified reports to another authority free of charge once Every 3 months
and that is why we Purchase from Trueprofile not Dataflow. inspite of the extra money i will pay later for Verification extra Documents separately that is not covered at trueprofile packages

But now if you want me to pay for transfer , you are committing violation , and I can say there is no Value from Purchasing any Package at trueprofile anymore
Im respecting you , But no getting the same fro you,
no one helps , only alot of useless messages with dataflow support , but you Trueprofile got your hand off

Please respect your customers , I purchased this package before all this changes you made, you cant apply charges on me for any report transfer, that was your regulations when I Purchased the Verification package , otherwise no one should purchase any pachages from Trueprofile , and which is by the way higher cost than if done through Dataflow directly

Update : problem solved with Trueprofile support team
It took time but eventually some satisfaction

1.The end result made it great, though it took time.
2.Senior doctors in the field of Medicine should be dealt with differently, since they have gone through a series of checks and balances.
3.To ask for marks obtained half a century ago is a wild goose cheese, with what purpose?
4.Maturity of the organisation lies in being flexible and customer friendly. Do not throw the rule book at them.
5.It is of no meaning asking at the end of a mail,"Anything else I can do for yo?"

I am a doctor community medicine working in Saudi Arabia

1. True profile is very prompt in replying .
2.Very professional in their dealings.
3. Probably true profile needs to be a little flexible and not go by the book. This is true for cases which are half a century old and individual has a valid degree from a recognized university.Suggest a via media to circumvent this ,is get an attestation by the concerned embassy.
