No customer service. Avoid!!!
First time ordering from True putts, found them on fb, the items seemed pretty cool. The golf brush though snapped after a few uses, so emailed customer services and had no response even after several emails even messaged on fb, no response and they delete any messages on their page. Any problems and they dont contact you, id avoid!

Misleading advertising and poor customer service
I ordered 2x golf cleaning brushes, that were advertised to also come with 2x golf towels at a cost of £25. When the package eventually arrived, all I received was 1x golf cleaning brush - no second brush and no towels. For £25! This is a rip off and misleading advertising (IMO) on their website.
All my various attempts at requesting a refund / complaining (email, online form, bot chat) have fallen on deaf ears and I have had no response whatsoever. I have now taken advice from Trading Standards as to my next steps

Tee holder - great buy!
Bought the Tee holder for my hubby and he loves him. Had a few great comments about him too on the golf course. Great addition to the golf bag. Great company to deal with. Arrived on time and very pleased with the purchase.

Teeholders are great. Time to fulfill order took a while
I like the product. The tee holder make great gifts.
Free tees not needed. Plain white tees, no markings . Basic
Took almost a month to arrive. When I enquired with customer service I did not get a response.

Ninja Tee holder - Fun novelty item
The Ninja Tee holder is good quality and a fun novelty item for the golfer who has it all. It was dispatched quickly, however then took nearly 2 weeks to be delivered, although this was just before Christmas.

Ordering was very easy just a shame the delivery was not as good,ordered some items for Xmas presents unfortunately they arrived in the new year so was very disappointed as for the products they are amazing and everyone loved them ,even my son in law who’s a golf coach
