Playhouse arrived really quick great service. The playhouse is a bit flimsy so you need more then one person to put it together but kids love it .

I’ve been waiting for a refund from bargain max now known as true toys since Sunday 12th July, their live chat never works and no one responds - avoid.

such a foul company no refund after 20 days

sent items back 20 days ago the company says they have received the items back but 20 days later still no refund . I have contacted this foul company by phone and email . And i keep getting the same story ? They need to check the items ? How long does that take . I notice in the photo taken by the return postage company the was not many return orders so how come it takes so long . This is the worst company ever if something goes wrong they wont refund you at all . Now i will take legal action against this company so for the sake of £70 refund you now are goiing to get charged colictors fees for letters and court cost

Product received but quality isn’t good, my daughter trike had damaged part. Emailed but no response given.

Very misleading on the product description.
Bought 8 World Cup tins on the website hoping to get a variety of colors of the tin
Came as 6 green ones and 2 red ones.

The description written the tins will be picked randomly but i don’t think this is random at all.

Emailed them and they reply they only have 1 color in their stock but the website is showing a total different color and written picked up randomly

Then on their eBay page is showing all 4different colours of tins.

First time purchasing from Bargainmax and really was unsure of quality, delivery etc.
However what a great first experience. My purchased was a Fisher Price toy for my grandson, it arrived within two days, no outer wrapping but box was in great condition. The toy was £’s cheaper than elsewhere and certainly was an original. Will definitely look here first in the future.

Listing incorrect, contacted many times to resolve.
No reply.
They just don’t answer emails.
Given lots of opportunities to discuss and resolve before leaving this review but clearly they don’t care about customer service.
Would not recommend.

Good make of toy, at good price

Hi I was scouring through the internet for a Toy Story themed toy for my soon to be 2 years old grandson and found these. Absolutely brilliant as he loves his bathtine and these won’t cause any damage. Thank you so much for the very prompt delivery and well packed package. Excellent service, highly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent service, came the next day

Placed an order, just over 1 week later the Evri app said they were expecting my parcel from Bargain Max. Still nothing, contacted Bargain max which was AI, advised me the order was dispatched 2 days after my order was placed. I eventually called them to be told my parcel was lost in transit and offered a replacement or a refund.

Unacceptable that you’re refusing to arrange a collection for a kids bike I bought which is faulty. You’re expecting me to take this and the box which weights around 20kg to a Dpd or evri shop?? I highly doubt it they would even accept it as it’s very large! I don’t have the vehicle to take it either. Nowhere on your website does it say you don’t arrange collection on faulty large items?? What it does say that you’ll refund the cost of a collection once returned??Absolutely appalling!!! I just want the bike collected and refunded. I don’t want to ever deal with your company again!!!

Update: I’ve returned the bike at my cost. Where is my refund??? Bike was returned on the 9th July.

Update:29/07/26 Ive still not had my refund? All I got was an email saying it’s been escalated to the warehouse. This all seems like an excuse to keep hold of my money for as long as possible. I’ve seen other reviews saying similar things. I want my refund!

Great value bike for my granddaughter, I'm really happy with it and the fast delivery, thank you!

I ordered a pool for my granddaughter, it was to be delivered on the 24th June, wasn't delivered, l phoned, DPD who where supposed to deliver the pool and they said it could not be located it had been scanned into the hub at Hinckley but after the initial scan nothing, I contacted bargain max, they said they would contact DPD to find out when it would be delivered, then it was to be delivered on Monday 29th June, still didn't get delivered, phoned DPD again and they said They had nothing on their records to say bargain max had contacted them regarding the parcel, today I have been issued a refund from bargain max, that's all well and good, but you cannot find this pool for sale anywhere, so my granddaughter has to be let down by me, I will not be buying from this firm anymore and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else, they don't give a dam it seems like we will take your money and that's it and now we have to wait up to 10 days for our money back.
