Simple, transparent, and responsible

When I came into the market for a high-end guitar, I was already aware of TVT. I made a lot of calls to dealers and although nice, you could tell it was salesmanship. With TVT, John is the business, not just someone hoping to cash in on commission. He procures some of the best stuff but also makes sure the sellers are being treated fairly as well. It’s the perfect business model to present these types of guitars to the market. Not only am I thrilled with my purchase, but I’m happy to have experienced buying from John.

Hands down one of the best vintage…

Hands down one of the best vintage guitar shops in the world.
@truevintageguitar is the perfect place for collectors and players alike—John has an incredible eye for rare, in many cases near mint guitars, many of which are over 60 years old and look like they just left the factory. The selection is nothing short of world-class, with a level of curation and authenticity that’s hard to find anywhere else.
