TruGreen - Burnsville Avis 3

Terrible company! 3 years I was very happy with their service, but last two years only complains. they just take a money and i did not see any difference at my yard. Complained to local Burnsville office many times- I was ignored. Called to main office- they made many promises- lie, lie lie.
Terrible not honest company

These guys have to be the worst service company I have ever dealt with. It turned bad 2 years ago. I have had to call the local number to get someone to come out. I have paid for 6 applications a season and only 3 have been done over the 6 month season. Calls are a waste of time. No one in Burnsville cares to resolve the problem. DO NOT USE THESE CLOWNS. Find out who your neighbors are using.

Truly awful experience. We're at the end of August and I've only received 3 of the 6 yard services that I prepaid last fall. At the rate they make it out to my place for service my last one for the year should happen around Thanksgiving. Not sure that's necessary in MN. I signed up for a lawn service so I a.) wouldn't have to spend time weeding my yard b.) wouldn't have a schedule when I should be fertilizing my hard and c.) would just have a generally nice looking yard. My yard is just as full of weeds this year and it was last and I've had to call/chat in everytime to get an appointment scheduled because they never seem to do that for me which is probably part of the reason we're almost to September and I'm only halfway through my allotted treatments. Oh yea, my yard looks no better this year then is has in the past when I've either done the job myself or done nothing at all. I understand the drought but have an irrigation system that's been running overtime all summer. Avoid this company at all costs. As soon as you sign on and pay they spend more time trying to upsell you on other services they have then they do following through on what you paid for.
