Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. I have been a customer since 2015. Prepaid in December for this year and have not received any service to my lawn. Since they did not schedule me for the March application, I began calling the beginning of April so they scheduled service for April 9th and no show. Several phone calls later still no response so found the number for Tom in the Middletown office. After I explained the problem his response was "How did you get this number"?
I did get a new schedule date of April 29th. After several e-mails that day remining me that John H was on his way, at 4:59PM the truck pulled up in front of my house. At 5:03PM I get a message that the service was not completed. I went out to talk to him and he sped off down the street. Today Sara called me to ask how the service was from them and offered a discount. I told her no, I am canceling and want a refund. Sure hope I don't have to fight it through my credit card!
