TruGreen - Long Island East Avis 

These people don't give a dang and my lawn has never looked worse. Oh sure it's green, but it's riddled with persalaine, crabgrass, clover, you name it. The weeds are a beautiful green too.

They've had a year to fix my lawn and I have no idea what they do, really, I wish I could post pictures.

SO disappointing.

Completely destroyed my Lawn

I just gave 5 stars based on what I am seeing. My neighbor directly across the street after struggling with a terrible looking lawn since they moved in a year ago just hired TruGreen at the end of August and their lawn is the best-looking lawn of 24 homes on our street. It is a deep Emerald green, thick and lush looking. I was so surprised I just went online to explore the company to find out their pricing as I am thinking of hiring them this coming Spring in 2024. I don't know why there are all these negative reviews. I just know what I am seeing out my picture window. I haven't spoken with my neighbors but I cannot imagine they are unhappy with how TruGreen has transformed their lawn. I just know what I am seeing out my picture window. It is literally night and day

horrible service lie to you ...they forget to do your back yard .. watch your cameras they do not do what they claim to do

Worst service ever. Countless issues from applications not being done completely, lack of follow up when you contact the service department. My lawn is destroyed. Whatever was applied the first week of July destroyed my entire lawn!!! It’s totally brown, bald spots have emerged and you can see the shrubs and trees dying out. I’ve had three calls with “service reps” that never seem to have any notes on the visits to my property….however I have charges being made to my Credit card Since April 29,2022 straight through 7/12/22….I have before and after pictures of this destruction. Consumer be aware this company is a fraud. The techs are not certified experts in the field of lawn care and the customer service reps are even worse. On my last “call” I was promised that a “field supervisor” would visit the property or call me to discuss, as I sit here and type this review…no one has come out nor made contact. Don’t fall for the gimmick. I’ve been lied to and taken for a fool. Now I’ll have to figure out a way to get my lawn repaired some how. Thanks “True Lies” for the devastation and destruction of my property.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Unless they want their service to be crappy. We hired them for the mosquito service. After the first spray it was great. I could actually sit in my yard. However, all the sprays after that have been horrible. I think they are just spraying water in my yard.
It doesn’t help that the second time that came they got out of their truck and one minute went back in and then said the “service was completed” but we saw on our cameras that they didn’t even spray anything!
They just came today (after a week has gone by since we called them saying we are getting bit up in our yard). After they came today, we are sitting in our back yard now and my one year old is getting bit up!
Why do I pay for a service that doesn’t even do anything?!
I am usually not one to write bad reviews. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt. But this is the 5th chance we gave them and they are doing nothing about it.
So upset with them. Please don’t use this company
