During the last service, the worker left our gate open and my dog got out. I called to cancel as this is a zero-tolerance for me, but they asked me to give them another shot, and had a good conversation with the field supervisor Peter Prato.
I had a service scheduled for 6/21, and the worker never showed up, yet I got a service completed invoice and was charged. The tech's name was the same (James Reeves) as the one that left my gate open, so can't help but wonder if this was intentional. I called to get a refund for the service that wasn't completed and asked for a refund, but the person I spoke with to cancel wouldn't refund, or cancel my service, saying "we don't have a money back guarantee".
I hung up on that employee, and called back and spoke with Nicole. Nicole was great and she gave me the refund I asked for, and then cancelled my service.
The services were very lackluster, and commonly missed last season, and this is substantially worse this year, so they have officially lost me as a customer and I signed up for Weed Man immediately afterwards.

Now weeks later I STILL HAVE CREEPING CHARLIE OXALIS CLOVER DANDELIONS and something that looks like lettuce. I'm done. Called and demanded a refund today. The customer service agent tried yet AGAIN to tell me she would have a manager call me and they were planning to come out on the 28th of October and maybe get this cleared up in the Spring. NO THANKS 6 months of this with NO progress is enough. Return my money on full. You had 6 months to make progress and FAILED. My lawn looks worse than when you began. I'm posting the pictures on social media before and after if my FULL refund isn't sent SHORTLY.

Rochelle IL branch- My Tree Tech is the ONLY reason I continue to hire TruGreen. She is very knowledgeable, polite, and HONEST!!! I have had many problems with TruGreen over the years, but when Tonya began to service my landscape and actually took the time to explain what is going on with my crab and maple trees, I knew and felt like I was finally in good hands. She told me what to expect from the treatments she provided as well as timeframes and she was absolutely spot on! I have since cancelled all other services through TruGreen ie-lawn and mosquito but will continue my Tree & Shrub service as long as Tonya continues to be the tech that services my property, and if they even try to send someone else, I will cancel as fast as I can!
P.S The 5-star rating I have given is for my tech Tonya ONLY, not for the company or any other techs that have been sent to my property!!
