I have had times in my life when I woke…
I have had times in my life when I woke up and I wondered where the last 6 months or the last 6 years went. Time flew by so quick and it still does. I got caught up with the daily stuff. Constantly keeping my head above water. Going to work, paying the bills, day dreaming about what if?? What if one day I actually did things differently and got somewhere I wanted to be.
I occasionally joked with my kids and shared a Winnie-the-Pooh reference.
“I always get where I am going by walking away from where I have been”
little did I know, I kept wanting “to go” somewhere and never really walked away from my old habits. The old day to day treading water that kept robbing me from where I really wanted to go.
Eventually I ran into a group of guys and gals. A community really and it’s Truka. Today I don’t wonder where the last 6 months went. I know exactly where I was, where I am now and more importantly where I am going. It’s progress.
Better health, better income, more gratitude, growing business, surrounded by better people and newer perspective on life. I don’t have to make a reference of “what if??”. I am more for-filled with a thought of “I am”. I am going where I want, I am living my best life joyfully with what I have and excited in pursuit of what I always wanted.
